2012- The End of the Earth

Chapter Two

*Day 2*

"Ugh. Yesterday was like h-" Niall was cut off.

"Don't finish that sentence. I'm against swears." I said tiredly as I just got up.

"It's not a sw-" I cut him off again.

"Yes it is."

"Bu-"

"Hush."

"B-"

"Sshhh."

"Bu-"

"SHUT UP! I don’t care!" I screamed at him.

"Wow, someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed." Harry commented with raised eyebrows.

"Yeah. I don't like waking up. Sorry Niall." I sighed tiredly falling to the ground. He shrugged quietly and continued to look around for food.

"Remind me not to wake you up." Harry said as he watched Niall’s pointless search. After a second, he shook his head and walked over to the Irish boy. “Dude, there’s no food here. Go sit and rest.”

"Sam... Your head... well your hair is on fire!" Nina shouted. I jumped up and screamed.

"T-try calming down!" Lucy stammered as she tried to summon water from the air. Soon I calmed down and the fire went out. Everyone just looked around confused and relieved. 

"Let me try something." I said, then I thought about something that made me mad. I glanced at the others questioningly and saw their shocked faces. So I guess that my hair was on fire again. I tried to spread it to my whole body. It felt nice and so I calmed down. I then tried it without the anger. I got fire to go all around me. Then I tried turning into fire... Yeah I'm weird. I just want to turn into something that isn't alive. I focused really hard and I saw that my hand was all fire. I could tell that I was going to pass out if I tried any harder, so I turned back to normal and dropped to the ground."That... Was... So... Cool..." I panted. " I guess that my new powers work with my emotions." Everyone else was staring at me in surprise and awe. It was quiet for a while and so I cleared my throat."Well, we found some powers. I think we should check on everything else... And be wary of zombies. I definitely saw a zombie." I said.

"Zombies are fake." Harry quickly said. I frowned at him and raised an eyebrow.

"Super powers and hero's are fake too. Yet, why are we here?" I asked him. He lowered his head.

"Heh, I think that this girl is more sassy than you Louis." Zayn said. I rolled my eyes as Louis mock gasped.

"I think not!" 

"I think I don't care as long as those walkers are gone!" I mimicked his voice as I rolled my eyes.

"Wow! That sounded just like him! Try me!" Niall said.

"Wow. That sounded just like him. Try me!" I said a little less enthusiastic.

"I think you have another power. You can change your voice. Just like you can change the way you look! Also you took walkers from the Walking Dead!" Lucy said.

"Coolio. And yes I did. Now we need to train with weapons. Even Harry and Zayn." I said. The two boys groaned as everyone sighed in exasperation.
