Minho: He approached you on day one and asked for a kiss. When you refused, he asked again on day two. This continued for weeks on end until one day you asked him first. The rest was history.
Newt: You two worked in the fields together, so became good friends through that. Each day became a little more flirtacious, until it reached the point where Zart would have to stand between you to make sure the day's work got done.
Thomas: As a med-jack, you helped stitch him up after his night in the maze. After that, you just got to talking with him on a regular basis. Eventually he asked if you would accompany him on a date in the lookout. It was an offer you couldn't refuse.
