The First Thing He Ever Said to You

Gally:

"Hello, your name's Gally"

This would have been convenient if your name actually was Gally, considering you hadn't remembered your own name yet. Unfortunately, it wasn't, and Gally just chose this exact moment to forget how introductions worked.

Minho:

"Why are you here?"

Minho was never one to beat around the bush, so when a girl arrived in the Glade for the first time, he just assumed you'd have all the answers. Minho was wrong.

Newt:

"Oh, hi!" shortly followed by a quick whisper of "She's not a boy" to Alby.

Sure, it wasn't Newt's brightest moment, but he did speak the truth. Apparently nobody had passed the news on to him that the new greenie was, in fact, a girl, and he was quite surprised to find this out upon introduction.

Thomas:

"How do I know you?"

Apparently you'd known Thomas for a long time before the maze, though you didn't find this out until much later. Thomas, however, remembered your face but couldn't quite place it. It wasn't until your first kiss that the memories came flooding back of an identical moment you'd shared before the Flare had struck.
