The way he eats. Gally always chews with his mouth open and it drives you crazy. No matter how many times you tell him to stop, he still does it.
Minho:

His obsession with his hair. Anytime, anyplace, any situation -- Minho's hands will instinctively reach for his hair, checking it to make sure everything's in order. If it isn't, panic ensues.
Newt:

His overuse of the word 'sorry'. If he so much as bumps you, touches you unexpectedly, or even moves too close to you unintentionally, Newt will apologise. The most famous case of this was the time you spilt your drink on his lap and he apologised.
Thomas:

The mess he leaves. Thomas never tidies up after himself. He was prone to rushing out of the house in a panic, leaving a trail of destruction in his wake. You, of course, couldn't bear the mess remaining there for the day, and often ended up cleaning it up well before he got home.
