Alexis POV
To say that I woke up with a headache would be a massive understatement. My head feels like my brain is trying to burst through its cave. The hangover and the memories of an extremely explicit dream are what I have as a memento of the previous night's activities. It left me no doubt as to where and how things would have ended had Xavier continued his torturous seduction. The question, is why..?
How had he managed to weasel his way under my skin to have gotten me to where I was last night leaving no question in my mind that I, Alexis Ashanti Myers, wants Xavier. A single touch... Despite the fact that I think he's an insufferable prick and we've literally just met.. I want Xavier. That much is evident. Whether it's because of what he has to offer physically or because it's him is a totally different ballgame.
The fact of the matter is that he started a game last night. I intend to finish it.
I threw back my covers and slowly crawl out from under my layer that was effectively shielding my eyes from the sun. Or as I referred to it as soon as I came to my senses.. The firey ball of death rays. NOT a morning person.
I practically dragged myself to the shower hunched over arms grazing my legs every now and again. Once I got there I didn't want to get out but the sound of my ringing iPhone blaring throughout my bedroom and in through the open bathroom door practically made me jump out of my skin.
I don't recognise this number.
'Hello' I spoke groggily down the phone.
'Did you get my note?' the voice was slightly unfamiliar but so were a lot of things to me right now. I had just used my conditioner as a shower gel.
'Who is this?'
I heard an exaggeration gasp followed by 'Baby I'm hurt..' strange voice say what now??
'Seriously.. My heads about to blow itself up and I'm half asleep. Who is this?'
'X' came the reply.
'X?' I repeated it back immediately and that one letter seemed to act as my morning Starbucks. Xavier. 'I'm not your baby.'
'That's not what you said last night.. Or this morning for a matter of a fact.'
'What are you talking about?' my cheeks felt like they were burning up.
'Just look on your dresser'
I looked in the direction of my dresser and sure enough there was a note. Propped up on my dresser table was a white A4, folded. I picked it up and unfolded the note. 'Thanks for sharing. You're so beautiful while you sleep. Xavier. :)'
'Xavier what does this even mean? And how did you get this here?'
'I'll see you later beautiful. Make sure you call me after class to come and get you. I can't believe you still hadn't saved my number. You need to be punished.' He sealed it with a kissing noise and hung up the phone.
I was wide awake now. I was supposed to be staying at Chanelle's. How did I get home? And what did Xavier mean by 'thanks for sharing' and how does he know what I look like while I sleep?? And for God sake I don't need him to pick me up after school!!
Wait... Punished?

2 weeks later
The past few weeks have been intense. A few more house parties, including one last night. Dad's been away on a business trip in Japan for a week now. And things have switched up dramatically with Xavier and his friends. If I didn't know better I would think Chanelle knew more about them than she lets on but she's acting as though it's otherwise atleast when she thinks i'm listening.
