Meeting Dan (Danisnotonfire)

Chapter 12 - The party

Before long, Leah and i were standing outside Dan's front door. I turned to Leah and saw that she looked really nervous. Maybe because she wouldn't know anyone. I mean, i know that she has met Dan, but only very briefly. "Hey, it's gonna be a good night yeah? Don't worry about anything." She looked at me and nodded, and i knocked on the door. The door quickly opened and there he was, looking as gorgeous as ever. He was wearing black skinny jeans with a white shirt and he had the biggest smile on his face. It looked like he had been pre-drinking all afternoon! 

"Hey, you look amazing!" I ran into his arms and he blushed slightly at my compliment. "Says you! Wow, you look absolutely stunnung! And your hair looks amazing!". He held my hands and looked me up and down and couldn't stop smiling. I leant into kiss him before quickly realising that Leah was standing in the doorway. "Oh Dan, this is Leah. I know you two have kind of already met but yeah." Dan held out his arms and pulled Leah into a huge hug. She smiled awkwardly and we went into the lounge area. I saw Phil sitting on the sofa talking to two boys who looked very familiar. "Hey guys come here, i want you to meet my gorgeous girlfriend!". I punched Dan in the arm and he shrugged his shoulders before going into the kitchen. The boys stood up and then it suddenly hit me. Jack and Finn Harries were walking towards me. I had to keep telling myself not to fangirl, but it was so hard. "Hey Ivy, great to meet you! Dan has told us so much about you!". I hugged them both and introduced them to Leah before going to see Dan in the kitchen. I was apprehensive about leaving Leah on her own, but she seemed content chatting to the guys. 

As i walked in i saw Dan singing to himself whilst making a drink. I crept up behind him and wrapped my arms around his waist. he turned around before kissing my forehead and swinging me around. "Well seems like someone has had a drink or two!". Dan just laughed at me and kept a hold of my waist. "So are we early then?". "Well, it has only just gone 7, so the rest of the guys should be here soon!". He seemed so excited bless him. "Okay cool, well can we go into your room quickly?". He smiled a very cheeky smile and bit his lip. "Oh eh? This is my birthday treat is it?". I couldn't help but laugh. I knew he wouldn't say that if he was sober, but it was funny. "Haha you'll be lucky. No i need to give you your present now, whilst you're still somewhat sober!". He sighed and took my hand leading me to his room. Jack wolf whistled as we walked past him, and i turned around and stuck my tongue out. 

When we entered Dan's bedroom he sat on the bed and patted the spot next to him. I sat down crossing my legs and handed him the presents and card. "You really shouldn't have gotten me anything!" He kept protesting but i knew secretly he was really happy that i had made the effort. He opened the first two presents which were the chocolates and shirt and leant over to peck me on the lips. He then opened the third present and i saw his face light up. I could feel the tears form in my eyes. I was so happy that he liked it. "Babe, this is such an amazing gift, i love it! Thank you so much!". He pulled me on top of him and kissed me tenderly. All of a sudden Phil opened the door and came running in. "Umm, sorry to interrupt guys, but there's more people here." Dan sighed before lifting me off the bed, and we all headed into the lounge. Dan introduced me to so many well known faces, who i had often dreamt of one day meeting! PJ, Chris, Alex Day, Carrie, Alfie, Marcus, Zoe, Louise and so many others! I didn't even know that Dan was friends with all of these people, but hey, he is danisnotonfire. He probably knows everyone!

4 hours had passed and the party was in full swing! Even Leah seemed drunk and she never drunk alcohol. I turned around to see her cuddled up on the sofa with Phil. I was shocked, but decided to leave them to it as they both seemed happy. Admitedly, i had had a few drinks myself! I was currently jumping up and down with Zoe and Louise, and we were all singing Kiss You by One Direction at the top of our lungs. As i turned around, i saw that Marcus and Alfie were vlogging the party. Without thinking that this would probably be on YouTube within the next few days, i began jumping up and down in front of the camera and pulling loads of silly faces. I suddenly jumped when Dan suddenly grabbed my waist from behind and picked me up before kissing me tenderly and biting my lip. I ran my tongue across his lip and we stayed like this for ages. "Y..You're the best b..boyfriend in the whole wide world!". I just managed to get my words out. Dan just smiled before putting me down on the floor and kissing the top of my head. 

Dan's POV

I couldn't believe my luck. This girl was actually mine! She was the best thing that had ever happened to me. I wanted to just hold her in this moment forever but i suddenly felt Jack grab my arm and pull me into the lounge because Muse suddenly came on, and all the lads began to jump around the room. I saw Phil and Leah heading towards his bedroom and i wasn't going to stop them! I was sure they wouldn't get up to much, i mean, it's Phil and Leah, they are two very innocent people! After lots of jumping, and singing, and shouting, i looked at the clock and realised it was 2am. Most people had already left at around 1:30am. It just left me, Jack and Finn sitting in the lounge. As they both began to nod off, i suddenly noticed something. Shit, where was Ivy? I hadn't seen her in over an hour. I was too caught up in dancing and having a good time. Ah man, i bet she was pissed off at me for not spending enough time with her. I stood up, just managing to keep my balance and headed to the kitchen. There was no sign of her. I then went to look in the bathroom, again no sign. The only room left was my bedroom. I opened the door to see Ivy laying on the floor. Me being the worrier i am, i quickly hurried over to her to make sure she was okay. "Hey, babe are you okay?". I shook her shoulders gently before she finally made some kind of sound. I had no idea what she was trying to say. I just smiled to myself and lifted her up onto the bed. She was in no fit state to do anything. I pulled off her tights, and lifted her dress up over head. I headed over to my wardrobe and found some joggers and a Muse t-shirt. I put the clothes on her, and layed her on her side making sure she wouldn't choke on her sick or anything. I quickly took off my shirt and changed into some jogging bottoms before climbing into bed next to her. I wrapped my arms around her and whispered into her ear. "I love you sweetheart, thank you for making this birthday even more amazing." I kissed the top of her head and soon fell asleep...
