Blondes are Bimbo's cliché
Mean girls are almost always blonde, and they are at least once described as a 'blonde bimbo'. Her less-superior friends and called 'minions.' She's dating the main man character. She stirs up trouble when the plot-line calls for it, then disappears at the end of the book. Maybe she went to Alaska--that's where authors always send the people with no use to the story anymore.
