'Nerd Boy, Nerd Girl' Cliché

As we all know, there are thousands of books on Wattpad with the protagonist being a nerd (and 99.9% of the time falling for the bad boy/girl).
But something that happens quite a lot is that the girl nerds are hella different from the boy nerds.
:Clears throat: Ok, lets start.
Main traits of a nerd girl:
Sassy, beautiful, witty, has an awesome friend who is like, the queen of everything, sometimes reads, not noticed by anyone or noticed by everyone...etc etc.
Main traits of a nerd boy:
Awkward, geeky, loner, most of the time spent reading, basically always wears glasses, picked on.
(Also, yeah, girl nerds can have the same traits as the ones I put down for boy nerd vice versa, but this is focusing on most of the stories)
So what with this?? I mean, half+ the time the bad girl/boy are basically the same, so don't give me the 'unique' crap. Anyway, it's not unique if there are 1000+ stories with almost exactly the same plot line!
Sorry for the uber long update! I'll try and be updating more often, just got a lot of things on my plate!
