'Different language' cliche
I find these in those 'rich, handsome guy and poor, beautiful girl' books. He's Italian or Spanish or something, and at some point he is either talking on his phone or the girl is eavesdropping on a conversation when he uses a different language.
Now, sometimes the author puts what he was saying down at their authora note, meaning we're forced to scroll down, read it, then find our place again, or they don't write what he was saying and we're forced to go on Uncle Google Translate and type everything word-to-word. (because for some reason, at least for me, I can't copy any wattpad text (probably for copyright reasons))
I know you want him to sound classy and sophisticated, but can you not?
