The innocent life of an awkward teen(originally 'My Rants')

Good day

Still, my titles suck, but I'm getting better (I think).

Lunch, my favorite part of the day, the time of the day were you get to eat one of my favorite things, food, and you get to chat with you favorite people

It was a little weird today, him, I knew he was going to ask me out today, but I had to pretend I didn't know. I actually pulled it off, until right before lunch in 4th period, I started to smile, not just like a regular smile, a smiling like an idiot smile. Becca caught on that I wasn't just smiling for no reason, I was supposed to play the part of a sad girl, who's crush didn't like her. I told her I knew, she wanted to know who told me, but I wasn't telling, not to get her in more trouble than she was already in.

I feel so bad for one of my best friends now, she told him that she would say yes to anyone he made her ask out, if he told her who he liked. She took the worst for me, I owe her BIG TIME.

Back to lunch, Becca kept giving him faces, I still had to pretend I didn't know. at this point I wish I didn't, my teeth were chattering, I was shaking like I was standing in the Arctic. I left to go cold down some (yeah Ive been cooling down a lot lately). Kayla followed me, when we came back, I sat down. We were all talking and all of a sudden Becca, Kayla, and Mason all got up and just walked away, not saying a word. Ethan stayed but only for about 30 seconds, he realized why they all left and went to join them.

Him and I, we both know why they all left. It only got kore awkward from there. we sat there in silence, not knowing what to say, or what to do. I was shaking so bad now I didn't want to even look at him, so I just stared at my hands, rubbing them together under the table. His first words were, "I have no clue what I'm doing", which didn't help the awkward tension that was between us. I shrugged my shoulders literally not knowing what else to do, I think this was were I admit that I knew everything. Which probably made it even more awkward and even worse then it needed to be, but the words came out if my mouth before I could stop them.

Me: I know about everything

Him: Do you know why they all left then

Me: Yep, I think there spying on us

Shannan walks up, talks to me, realized they all left us for a reason and walked off too.

Me: She's spying in

Him: I know

Me: Their not coming back

Him: I know

After 3 more minutes of silence they came back realizing they can't just stand there, they'd have to come back at some point. We explained what happened, telling them that they left for no reason what so ever, nothing happened.

Becca's looks toward him only got worse. Then since, everybody knew we all started to talk about how's he's a coward for not doing what he said he'd do. He turned to all of them and did it, he did what he'd said he'd do. He asked me if I'll go out with him.

To make such a big deal out of it and not say yes, would make me look really bad, plus I like him so I was going to say yes anyway.
