On June 27, 10:11am, 2015, I had started this rant book.
To me it's actually quiet amazing that I have kept up with this for a whole year, and I intend to keep going with this because I enjoy writing, and I enjoyed all it, so those people who have been reading for a whole year, that's special, so thank you so much, because part of it is my inspiration, which is you guys so again thank you so much.So I was going through my old rants, the ones that started this all, and I'm not exactly sure why I call this a rant book because I don't really rant, I kinda just talk about my daily life and stuff, and dang were those things short... by now I would have said, bye guys that's all. Now I'm going to do the opposite of that, rant really long.
1. Pants ~ (<that probably doesn't sound right) Okay, so the other day I had thought about something with a group of my friends, why people say, a pair of pantS, when a pair is something of 2 and S makes things plural, but in reality pants are only one item. We were trying to comprehend that, because saying 'I bought a pant' just sounds very strange, but we did come up with something 'I bought a pair of leg covers' and you can say that, but that sounds crazy so I'm probably never going to say that. The reasoning you can say that is because again a pair is something of 2 and pants are just 2 leg covers, fixed that problem.
2. Words ~ They are by far 100% one of the greatest things that exist, but sometimes there are more emotions that you feel that you can't describe with just a few words. And sometimes there are alternatives of words, but then you just can't get across how it is your truly feeling because of the limits words have, and it just gets me sometimes. They don't make enough words to describe emotions but they do make words for things that sometimes don't even make sense in this day and time, but I get it I know there are enough English words as there is and adding more might not be the best idea.
3. The shows on T.V. ~ Yes there are a few amazing shows left on T.V. but the shows I used to love as a kid, have either vanished or been turned into something completely stupid and screwed up. Nickelodeon and Nick Jr., for example, they were some of the greatest channels as a kid, because the shows on there we interesting and somewhat educational, I mean that's how I used to always remember my addition fact, 8 + 8 = 16 "I know maaathhh", it was a start to one of the math songs, but just that alone, helped me with that one problem all my life, and even now, when I add those numbers, my brain doesn't go without thinking "I know maaathhh, I know maaathhh, which seems ridiculous but actually worked, and now they don't have much of that anymore, which sucks. And like I was talking about before earlier, the turning shows into the not so brightest things. Example: 'Jake and the Neverland Pirates', now this wasn't one of my kid shows, but my brother used to watch it a lot before school, and it wasn't educational exactly but the show, showed a lot of good spirit, and now, they show things like (I went to a friends house who had a little brother, don't ask) Captain Hook summoning evil monsters for power, and the Jake character has suddenly taken over everyone, I'm not saying everyone needs to be equal but this is different, what they're like, 7, 8, or 9 and one of them has just taken control over the rest, making them salute to him and say yes sir Jake sir, like what... what. I don't know, T. V. shows are just all over the place.
4. High school ~ The thing I'm the most excited for, is making new friends and meeting new people, but no that's not going to be my focus, because even if I don't have new friends it's okay, because the friends I have or amazing and I would never trade them for somebody new, sorry new people. And another thing, I'm not going into high school with any grudges, anything in middle school, I'm going to let go for the moment of going to high school. I'm not saying I'm just going to force myself to forget, but I will start my freshman year clean. And I'm also excited to see what this is like and where it will take me in life, but you know I might be making a bigger deal out of it then it is but this feels like a big change to me, so we'll see.
Okay now I'm done ranting, now to a more fun topic.
Like I ranted last time is was Leo's b-day and his party was FANTABULOUSLY FUN.
First we went to go get cupcakes for later that night, then headed over to our hotel to check in all of our bags and stuff. Once we had finished that, we headed straight to the Cheesecake Factory to eat before it got to crowded, and we had the best waiter ever, BLAKE THE WAITER, he was waiter goallssss, so Alex had carrot cake for dinner (silly Alex) and when the waiter brought it over to him, every time Alex would reach for it, the waiter would pull it back and tease him, "Come on reach it's not that hard." then just as we were about to leave, the waiter walked over to Leo's mom and goes, "I'm so sorry." and we just had a good laugh. Then we went and walked around the mall( more like just 2 stores). Next we saw 'Finding Dory' and man was that worth waiting for, IT WAS SO SAD, SO MANY TIMES I ALMOST LOST IT, there were barely any little kids in the movie theater, mostly teenagers and young adults, which I thought was pretty funny. After that heart wrenching movie finished, we went back to the hotel and talked and all that jazz, then game of truth or dare (I'm so sorry Leo😂), that turned into a game of us asking weird and strange questions, the questions and answers were hilarious. We all woke up tired and had burgers then went home, so thank you Leo, I had soooo much fun, I hope your birthday and party were amazing, I can't wait to celebrate again next year.
So that's about all I have for today, and surprisingly this isn't my longest rant, but yea know whatever, so thank you all again for helping me go through one year of ranting, and I certainly don't plan to stop or end of these rants anytime soon so byeee.
