The innocent life of an awkward teen(originally 'My Rants')

Back from Camping

So yesterday I got back from my camping trip, sorry I didn't rant yesterday, I was kind of tired and I had to unpack.

While I was on my camping, I did quite a few things and I had fun doing them, but some of them were kind of dangerous.

One of the dangerous things we did was walk around the river, that doesn't sound so dangerous, right. Well considering we were more like climbing and the mud we were walking on was slippery, it was a steep area, with thorn bushes and poison ivy, and if you fell into the water you could have gotten hypothermia because the water was so cold (hypothermia is fatal), that's not so safe. It felt good to do something like that because I'm considered the innocent one in our group and it doesn't sound to much fun but it really was. The only thing was all the paths I chose seem to always have thorn bushes, yeah that was kind of painful, but other than that it was pretty amazing.

IT WAS SUPER COLD THERE!! I had to always wear 2 layers of pants, 2 shirts plus a jacket, and gloves. But there was a campfire, which was really warm.

I did a lot of exploring while I was there, which was really fun, there was a lot of space to just walk around and look at everything. I'm not the same person when I go camping then when I go to school or hangout with my friends or anything like that, when I go camping I act way different then I would normally, I don't know why, but I act more careless and free, and I like that feeling. It was a really good camping trip and I would love to go do it again.

And I completely forgot, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! It's now 2016 (even though it really doesn't feel like it). When I go back to school and I have to write the date on a worksheet or something, I'm probably going to write 1/3/15 instead of 1/3/16. I don't have any New Years resolutions because I never do any of them anyways so what's the point in writing them.
