"What are you going to do?" Cristiano asked as we sat down for lunch outside a restaurant in Madrid. The waiter had already taken our orders and so we just sat there waiting. The paparazzi weren't even hiding the fact that they were snapping pictures so we both had on sunglasses

"I have to make the trip, I can't afford not to go....They are depending on me...even if the consequences are dire." I sighed.

"I know, my dear. You dont know how much I worry about you." He confessed with a sigh, grasping my hands between his.

"Syria is quite dangerous at the moment my love," He continued with sad eyes.

"I know, " I sighed," But those people really need my help and I can not turn my back on them,"

"When are you coming back?" He asked dejectedly.

"If every thing goes well, in the next two weeks...Just in time for your clasico." I said smiling. He smirked.

"You always come back when there's a big match." He mused. I laughed while the waiter brought back our food and drinks.

"Of course, I wouldn't miss my old man play for anything." I teased taking a bite of my spicy grilled chicken flatbread.

"I'm not old." He pouted

"You are to me,"

"You still love me anyway,"

"Keeping telling yourself that,"

"Why you always lying?" He sang in a comical nasally voice.

"Yes I admit it, Im lying" I chuckled.

"This is not right." He said while the waiter cleared our table.

"What's not right?" I asked gently

"I can't see your eyes," He whined.

"Kinda not my fault," I replied nodding towards the paps who were still there.

"Take off the shades, I want to see them."

"Why though?" I asked while taking them off and slipping them into my purse,"My friends always said my eyes made them uneasy."

"That's because they're so hauntingly beautiful. Like a portal to another world."

"You're getting all deep on me here Tiano."

"I'm only telling the truth." He said collecting our stuff in one hand, taking my hand in the other, navigating our way to the parking lot. "My leg feels better these days, Lina. Coach said if you ever need another job you can come and work for Real."

"I couldn't just leave my baby in pain. Plus those doctors didn't look like they knew what they were doing." I frowned thinking about the controversy surrounding his leg injury. "Tell Carlo I'd love to but I'm happy where I am. At least the offer is there."

"So Dr Hernandez, what do you propose we do today?" He asked placing an arm around my waist as we walked down the sidewalk.

"Let's watch a movie, I heard the theatres have a new James Bond showing.

"Sounds great, when do wanna go?"

"Why not right now?"

"That's fine by me, I'd watch anything as long as you're with me."

"Why do you have to be so sweet Tiano? Honestly I dont deserve you," I blushed. We made our way to the smallest, most private cinema in the city we could find and purchased tickets for the movie having to wait until the next hour to watch it

"I have to use the washroom, I'll be back." I said getting up.

"I'll get our popcorn and drinks," He said getting up as well to go to the counter.

The walls of the washroom were stark white, giving off the feeling of an Asylum making me shudder. I washed my hands in the porcelain sink and looked into the large mirror infront of me. Bags a forming under my eyes, I need some extra sleep. My hair is getting longer, maybe I should cut it again. In my self conversation I did not realise I wasn't alone until a figure materialised in the mirror next to me

"I thought I would never have to see you again," That sultry voice complained.

"And I thought the same," I said turning around to face Irina. She really wasn't looking well. Her hair was losing its luster, her skin pale and patchy and her eyes were drained of what colour it had. She looked like a ghost of herself and it made her seem even more dangerous.

"Do you find it funny that we always bump into each other?" She smirked slyly.

"Yes Irina, we just cant get enough of each other huh?" I asked with a humourless smile.

"Enemies made in heaven," she replied fluffing her hair in the mirror.

"At least I know which one of us is going to hell," I smirked.

"How's Cris. Is he still as good in bed as he used to be?" She spat out with so much venom as the snake she is. It took all of my self control not to bash her head against the mirror she was looking into.

"Do not go there. You dont deserve to talk about him and you damn well know it." I seethed.

"Oooh did I touch a nerve? Im sorry that he had more fun with me than he'll ever have with you?"

"Irina, dont you think its pathetic that you are still hung over someone who left your ass?"

"Pshkk please," she said kind of embarassed. She looked at her phone and smirked,"I have to go now, maybe we'll meet up like this again,"

"I hope not," I smiled fakely as she left the restroom. "I really do,"

"Woah who pissed you off?" Cristiano asked half jokingly, half concerned.

"Why you ask dear?" I asked confused.

"The look on your face right now is scaring me. You look ready to kill..."

"Ohh its nothing sweetie. I was just thinking about something. Nothing major." I lied.
