Catalina.

"Today is a lovely day is it not?" Dolores asked as we sat together in our private box at the Bernabeu.

I adjusted my burgundy shirt and smoothed out my white pants, feeling a sense of unease just looking at how hot the day really was.

You could practically see the heat radiating off of the railings.

I hope Cris didn't have too much gel in his hair. He's still upset that he had to grow out his hair for the next year but a bet is a bet and I clearly won. I knew I was having more than one child while he insisted that it would be just one.

I won it with a whopping three children and his fans will now know what his hair looks like without them having to photoshop it.

But it was a nice day nonetheless, the sky was clear and everyone in the stands seemed to be enjoying themselves before the start of this clasico.

The babies were sleeping peacefully in their strollers while Junior was trying to finish off the book that his father bought for him two days ago. His favourite new hobby is reading and it has improved his vocabulary beyond his age and I couldn't be more proud that he picked up this habit all by himself.

"April has been a lovely month so far," I murmured, fixing Junior's t shirt. Dolores nodded in agreement and settled back into her comfortable seat.

"Here you go Catalina," Ricky appeared behind me, pressing something over my shoulder,"The headphones. For the children."

"Thank you so much Ricky, I can't believe I forgot these." I chided myself for the lapse, as I placed them over the babies' ears

"When are they supposed to arrive?" Dolores asked him about the teams.

"Any minute now, both of the buses left the hotel a few minutes ago." Ricky looked at his phone,"Cris said they are almost here."

"Wonderful, it could actually start on time," I laughed.

"Well you never know with La Liga, there is always a problem," Ricky chuckled.

Suddenly a loud crash sounded throughout the stadium followed by a muffled boom, cutting off our laughter.

"What the hell?" I whispered under my breath as I pulled the children close to me. Junior held on to my and Dolores' arm in fright, the book long and forgotten on the floor.

"What was that?" Ricky asked the guard who looked as equally confused as we were.

A second boom sounded and the floor vibrated slightly and plaster and dust fell from the ceiling. The commotion woke up Xavi who began whimpering and not long after a third, more audible boom ripped through the stadium.

I knew the sounds too well.

"Those were explosions!" I shouted at the guard who had already pulled out his radio to receive whatever news he could.

"Everyone get to the floor now!" I ordered sharply and all the others in the VIP with us followed.

Below our box, people were being ushered onto the field by the stadium security, their faces the height of utter disbelief.

A few minutes passed and officials were running back and forth trying to make sense of the situation. Alarms were going off and sirens from ambulances and police cars could be heard even inside this box

"Moore are you there? MOORE!!" The guard's radio blared to life with a garbled tone.

"Yes I'm here, Sir," Moore spoke into the device.
