3 AM Heartbreak

The Devil is Beautiful.

"The Devil is real and he's not some little red man with horns and a tail. He can be beautiful because he's a fallen angel and he used to be God's favorite."

The Devil is so deceiving, he can be the innocent eyes of the boy you're in love with or even the smile of a welcoming smile of a friend. But too often the devil will show his ugliness to those of pure innocence. He'll take what he can for his own selfish benefits, because what he wants is for everyone to suffer just as much as he has. He wants everyone to know the pain of falling after being favored. The Devil will disguise himself in any way to capture everyone and drag them to hell with him.

I've seen the devil myself, and my god is he gorgeous. He's so god damn beautiful and I crave his beauty every damn day. He always finds a way to show me the most beautiful and horrifying things that this world has to offer. The Devil always makes you choose his side, because he's the only one who understands you. He tells you that God is not on your side because you are born into sin and no matter how hard you try to live by the bible, it's just not possible to make it to heaven. The Devil will tell you his side of the story, how God is the enemy. He'll tell you that God has too high of expectations and yet God will only tell you of the positive things to come for you if you marry your rapist. God wants all of his children to live by his name and spread his words, but if only they knew the Devil's side of the story.

The Devil is known for tempting people into a life of sin, but what God doesn't know is that he is trying to show the world the horrors we are capable of. He wants us to know this suffering, because God is forcing him to suffer. The Devil "opposes" God, but he was once God's favorite Angel. He does not oppose God, he simply had a different way of showing sin.

But of course the sin got to him. He enjoyed it far too much and God threw him from high heavens to the depths of hell. All the devil wants is some friends, the devil is much like the boy I fell in love with once. He'll tell you one thing, but before you know it he'll break his promises and throw you away into a place of darkness.

You're never alone in your suffering because you have the devil and one of his many victims who're just as beautiful as he is.
