Chapter 29

Aislyn POV
"I want a relationship like that...." I mumbled quietly to myself as I watched my best friend Breanna and Scott show too much PDA on stage.

And right there like my prayers were answered Mitch announced something.

"Well if we're are all gonna talk about relationships then fuck it. Aislyn can you come out here real quick..." Mitch said nervously.

"Yes?" I said into the microphone that was handed to me before I was rushed onto the stage.

"Um well..... I have been feeling like we have been getting closer lately..... And i guess what I am trying to say is will you be my girlfriend...?" Mitch rambled.

"YES YES YES!!" I screamed jumping into his arms as he swung me around. We looked deeply into each other's eyes and shared our first kiss on that stage.

Breanna POV
"I guess you found the love you were searching for...." Scott said.

"You remembered that stupid saying I said when we were just friends?" I asked surprised.

"Every moment with you is a perfect memory...." Scott said pulling me closer to his chest.

"What deal did I make with Satan did I make to deserve such an amazing boyfriend like you." I said before we kissed. I heard a loud and collective awe come from around us and I remembered we were still on stage.

I blushed and looked across the stage to Aislyn. We both made eye contact and ran towards each other. We hugged and fangirled over what was happening. She ran off stage and we continued the show.

Best. Show. Ever.

After the show we all fixed up and went to the banquet like a huge family. It was so relaxing to just be a family and have people there for me and have people that could count on me.

I sat with Scott on my left and Aislyn on my right. Scott and I sat close with my head leaned on his shoulder.

"Excuse us." Mitch and Aislyn said running off to do who knows what.

After they left we all kept talking but Scott got a bit braver. He put his hand on my inner thigh as I grabbed his bicep. I smiled at the ground and kept with conversation.

"Shit!" Scott whispered as I looked at him.

"What is it babe?" I asked concerned.

"I knew I forgot something..." He said glancing towards the door. I followed his glance and saw Maria. Shit.

I moved away from Scott as he stood up to talk to her. They made their way outside and Maria was pissed. I saw her stomp away as Scott made his way back inside.

"How'd it go...?" I asked.

"Good...?" He questioned.

"Well I'm glad you're back." I said grabbing his hand as he sat back down in his chair. We resumed our conversation until something happened.

I felt a cold trickle of something land on my head and the next thing I knew I had shrimp cocktails all over me. I looked down at my ruined dress and looked around very embarrassed.
