A Crazy New Life(A Scott Hoying Fanfic)

Chapter 6

Mitch POV-
I woke up the next morning and walked out of my room to see both Breanna and Scott snuggled up on the couch sleeping. "Sleep wars, yes!" I thought to myself. I took a picture and posted it on Twitter tagging them both. They are probably going to hate me when they wake up.
Breanna POV
I woke up the next morning still in the same spot as last night, except there was a blanket on me and Scott's arm was draped across my stomach. I didn't want to wake Scott up so I just scrolled through Instagram till he woke up. Sooner or later he woke up and I flipped on the tv, to spongebob of course, and I went to cook breakfast for them. It is the least I could do for them having to deal with me.

I returned to the couch with two trays covered with breakfast foods. "One for Mitchy and one for Scotty" I said handing them their respected trays.

"What about you" Scott said.

"I don't eat breakfast because it makes me feel like I'm going to be sick, usually I just have like a granola bar so I have something in my stomach to get the day started."

"Avi would definitely think you were crazy, he loves food." Scott said.

"Speaking of Avi and the band we have an arrangement session today, Breanna do you want to come and meet the rest of the band?" Mitch asked me.

"Yes of course I do that would be amazing"

"Ok then we have to be over there at 10 and it is 9:00 so we should probably go get ready." Scott stated.

I went to the guest bathroom and took a quick shower. I threw on Scott's no angel sweater, a pair of jeans, my converse, and a beanie. I applied some mascara and we were out the door.

We arrived at the studio and I got a nervous feeling in my stomach. I hooked arms with Scott which wasn't weird at all because we do it all the time. As we walked into the building I asked Scott what if they don't like me? He assured me that they would love me and that I should probably calm down. I took a few deep breaths and was ready to meet them.

"Hey guys!" Scott yelled out to the rest of their band.

"Who is this" a man with a very low voice said while glancing at me.

"This is Breanna" Scott announced "I met her when I ran into her at Starbucks."

"Literally I might add, there was coffee everywhere!" I said getting a laugh out of them.

"Breanna this is Avi" Mitch said pointing to a man with a beanie, flannel shirt, a beard, and long hair.

"It's nice to meet you, we could be beanie buddies" I said giggling. We hugged and Mitch introduced me to the next person.

"Breanna this is Kevin"

"Hi it's nice to meet you, I have seen you playing the cello on YouTube and you are amazing! Well, all of you guys are amazing!" I said. I gave Kevin a hug and he said it's nice to meet you too.

"And last but not least Breanna this is Kirstie."

"Hi Kirstie it's nice to finally meet you." We hugged and she said it's nice to meet you too.

They went on with their arranging session and I was just listening to them. I was silently adding harmonies just loud enough so I could hear it but they couldn't. The arrangement session was over and we all sat in the room getting to know each other. After awhile Kirstie said we should go to the beach and everyone thought that was a great idea!

"We have to stop at the mall first because I don't have a swimsuit" Kirstie said and I told them that I needed one as well.

"I'll tell Maria to meet us at the mall." Scott announced.

"Oh I'll tell Jeremy to meet us at the beach because he hates the mall." Kirstie said.

So we got to the mall and I ran up to Scott and Avi and hooked arms with them both. Avi was a little stunned at first but then went along with it. We walked up to a bathing suit store and Kirstie wasted no time. She ran in and found 5 bathing suits for her and 5 that she thought would look good on me. We went to the dressing rooms and I tried them all on until I found the one that I liked the most. It was a blue bikini that had an infinity sign looking top and black bottoms. I was a bit self conscious because it was a bikini and I am not really confident about my body but I sucked it up and walked out to where the boys were sitting. I walked out and asked them how I looked. They all just stared for a while and I started to feel a bit uncomfortable. "Just tell me the truth I look bad in it don't I" I said dropping my head in shame.

"No you look amazing" They all said at the same time. I smiled and quickly changed back into my outfit. We payed and were out the door. I hooked arms with Scott and Avi again but was soon pushed and I fell to the floor. As I looked behind me I saw Maria give me a evil smirk and hook arms with Scott.

"Gosh I'm such a klutz, guess I just tripped over my own feet." I said as Avi helped me up. I thanked him and resumed hooking arms with Avi. Maria stated that she got an uber here so she needed a ride to the beach.

"Someone is going to have to sit on someone else's lap" Scott said.

"I'll sit on someone's lap, I mean I'm the one that is kind of intruding so I should probably sit on someone's lap."

"You can sit on my lap Breanna" Scott said with a smile, while Maria gave me an evil glare.

We got to the car and everyone got it and I climbed on to Scott's lap. Scott wrapped his arms around my waist so I wouldn't fly all over the place. We stopped at everyone's apartment so they could change into their swimsuits. And then we were off to the beach. Once we made it to the beach we set up our spot. Kirstie, Jeremy, and Maria all stayed on the beach while the guys and I all ran to the ocean. We swam, boogie boarded, and just had a great time. There was even a time when Scott came behind me and threw me over his shoulder. I screamed and he just ran around with me on his shoulder. He threw me into the water and I screamed all the way until I hit the water. Scott helped me up and I almost fell until he caught me and I was pulled against his stomach, my hand resting on his chest.

Once it started to get dark we all got out of the water and I said I'm going to go use the restroom, Maria said she would go with me. We walked over to the restroom and talked the whole way, until we were out of sight from all of our friends. We walked around the corner and she pushed me against the wall. I was stunned. She started telling me to stay away from Scott and that I was stealing her boyfriend. She started hitting me and I could feel the bruises starting to form. It started with a punch in the face and as I fell to the floor she punched and kicked me until she was pleased with what she had done. I could have fought back but I didn't want to hurt her and I knew if I did hurt her Scott would hate me and I couldn't risk that. Maria walked away like nothing happened.

Avi POV
I saw Maria walk over from the restrooms but Breanna was no where near her. I told everyone that I was going to go wait for Breanna by the restrooms and they all just nodded. I was walking around the corner when I heard coughs. I then saw Breanna laying on the floor covered in newly formed bruises. I quickly ran to her and picked her up bridal style as she wrapped her arms around my neck.

Breanna POV
I was coughing on the ground unable to move when I heard footsteps from around the corner. I was scared that it was Maria but as the figure came around the corner I noticed a beard and long hair. AVI!! He ran over picked me up and I wrapped my arms around his neck laying my head on his shoulder. Avi ran me over to where everyone else was. He was yelling to them and they all ran over.

We need to get her to the hospital now!" Avi said.

"No.....I...I'll.....be fine." I said right before I slipped out of consciousness.
