Here's another chapter guys :) sorry for all the late uploads, my last year of sixth form is keeping me busy and so it's harder to just sit down and type as well as having to go through the episodes again haha, glad you're all liking things so far though, it's a big confidence boost seeing the comments and votes so thanks a lot for that guys means a lot ^_^ anyway, have fun reading on!

My eyes fluttered open and I found myself becoming annoyed. This was becoming a habit now. Glancing around, I noticed that I was in a hospital room. Was I back in Konoha? Beeping could be heard from the machine next to my bed which was keeping track of my vitals and heart beat. Birds could be heard outside and my body felt stiff as I tried to move.
"You're awake." A voice gasped. Looking down, I saw a head perk up from where it had been laying on the best. Kakashi. He was sat in the chair next to the bed while holding my hand. "Thank God you're awake and alright!" He pulled me into a tight hug and I felt tears hit my shoulder. Was he crying?
"Daddy?" I whispered. He stiffened upon hearing me call him that for the first time and pulled back. "Why are you crying?"
"We thought you weren't going to make it. You're heart beat was so faint that we almost couldn't hear it. You lost so much blood saving the boys." He informed me, wiping at his eyes to get rid of the tears. "The others are waiting to see you." At that moment, the door burst open and all three of teammates came stumbling into the room. Seems like they had been trying to spy on us.
"Tsukiko!" Sakura and Naruto shouted with a large smile. Sasuke just made his classic 'hn' noise but I saw relief in his eyes upon seeing me awake. Sending a smile over to him, his eyes widened and he looked away embarrassed. Chuckling, I focused on the two figures trying to crawl onto the bed closer to me without hurting me. Sakura shoved Naruto off and hugged me tightly. So tight in fact that I almost couldn't breathe.
"Sakura? I need....... air." I gasped out between breaths. She pulled back with a blush and I saw she also had tears in her eyes. Were they all that worried about me?
"Sorry. You made us all so worried about you! Don't you dare do that again!" She scolded me, her tone harsh but the smile on her face telling me differently. She was relieved as well.
"I'll try not to." I giggled, poking my tongue out.
"Yeah Tsuki! No more scaring us. You almost gave Kakashi-sensei a heart attack." Naruto agreed from beside me, now using this chance to hug me himself. "Even Sasuke looked like he was worried." He snickered, earning a glare from the boy.
"I'm sorry I caused you all to worry." I apologised sincerely. "What happened afterwards?"
"Haku and Zabuza died. Gatoh is no longer a worry either." Kakashi explained.
"Oh......" I murmured sadly. Haku seemed like a pure hearted boy who only wished to protect Zabuza with his life. He was loyal and so young.
"You've been unconscious for a few days now due to losing too much blood and chakra. You almost killed yourself by giving your remaining chakra to Sasuke." Sasuke's head flew round to me in shock and his eyes widened. Seems like he hadn't found out yet......
"Why?" He demanded.
"Like I said before. You're my teammates and I care for you all. If any of you died, I'd be sad and I want to protect all of you." I smiled, my voice soft. Kakashi smiled proudly and Sakura and Naruto looked like they were about to cry. Sasuke however, he seemed to be too shocked at my words. He stayed silent before I saw a smile small playing on his lips. Beaming at him in reply, he turned to look away, a faint blush on his cheeks upon being caught. "I'm glad you're all ok."

My father and two teammates had left to get on with something, leaving it as only Sasuke and I. He was quiet so I decided to start up a conversation.
"You know, being all silent and moody isn't going to help you get a girlfriend." I chuckled.
"Hn." Was his only reply, however his face gave away that he was embarrassed.
"We'll continue to stay teammates right, Sasu?" I smiled. He rose an eyebrow at the nickname but shrugged.
"I guess so. We have to go through the Chuunin exams after all." I sweat dropped at his boring answer. Such a user!
"You have to promise me Sasu!" I exclaimed, holding out my pinky. "Pinky promise me." He stared at me emotionless for a few moments before sighing and pinky promising me.
"I promise." He smirked. Grinning, I pulled him into a hug and giggled. "Oi. Let go." He groaned as he tried to pull away, however I wasn't letting him.
"I think you need more hugs than you let on Sasu." I murmured. He froze in my grip and didn't reply, but his struggling to get out of my grip stopped. Instead he relaxed against me and I felt his arms go around me. I was making progress with this revenge crazed boy......
