In study hall the next day, Pancake handed Strudel and Muffins a flyer. "I'm having a party" she said.
"Why would she invite me?" Strudel asked Muffins after Pancake had walked away.
"No clue" Muffins said. "She invited everyone"
Later on that evening, Muffins, Strudel, and Kiwi were walking past the pond. "What the hell is Bob doing?" Kiwi asked.
Bob was brushing his goose.
"Bob!" Pia was rushing down the street.
"Hey Pia" Bob said.
Strudel took out his BB gun and shot Bob's goose.
"NO! My goose!" Bob screamed and dove into the pond.
On Friday, Strudel entered Pancake's house for the party, which was a costume party.
Strudel was dressed as a thug. He saw Strawberry dressed as a skater boy, but he didn't know it was Strawberry, and she didn't know it was Strudel. They started dancing and kissing. "I'll be right back" Strudel said.
He went to get some food, when he saw Pancake, who was
dressed the exact same as Strawberry. He thought that she was the guy (yes, guy) that he had danced with earlier. "I've been looking everywhere for you" he said.
"You have?" asked Pancake, not knowing who it was. They started dancing and kissing.
Strawberry walked up. "Pancake!"
Strudel looked up. "Where?"
"Right here" said Pancake, breaking away from Strudel, and taking her hat off.
Strawberry also took her hat off, as did Strudel.
"Strudel?" the girls gasped in unison, and walked away.
"Hey lezbos" Doreen, who was the school mean girl, cackled, dressed as a Playboy Bunny.
"Doreen, shut up" Pancake pushed past her.
"Strawberry, Pancake!" Strudel rushed over to the girls. "Listen. I've hurt you both," he said. "We've all been friends for years, and I don't want my stupidity to ruin that. Will you guys please forgive me?"
Pancake and Strawberry looked at each other, and sighed.
"Fine" Pancake said. "I forgive you, Strudel"
"Me too" Strawberry half-smiled.
Strudel put his arms around the two of them.
"Come on, let's dance" he said, with a smile, as they all started dancing to Roses by Outkast.
