"Pan, wake her up" he said, pointing at Strawberry.
"Why don't you?" Pancake asked, trying to go back to sleep.
"I'll just go" said Strudel.
But Strawberry woke up. "Pancake" she said. "Get him out of here"
"Strawberry" Strudel whispered. "Please listen to me"
"You've got 3 minutes" said Strawberry.
"I kissed Waffles" said Strudel.
"Anthem of Our Dying Day" Strawberry muttered.
"What?" said Strudel.
"It's the story of the year" Strawberry said matter-of-factly.
Strudel was confused.
"I know you kissed Waffles, alright?" Strawberry exploded.
"I'm sorry, okay?" Strudel said.
Strawberry said nothing.
"Look, Strawberry" Strudel started again. "I'm sorry! I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, how many times do I have to say it?"
"Until you mean it" said Strawberry, and she walked into the bathroom and shut the door.
"That went well" said Pancake.
"Shut up" said Strudel.
"Why did you kiss her anyways?" asked Pancake.
"She kissed me" said Strudel.
"That's what they all say" said Pancake.
Lemonade walked over to Gepetto's house after she left Doreen's. "You wanted to tell me something yesterday?" she said.
"Yes" said Gepetto.
"Well, what is it?" Lemonade asked.
"Yesterday Strudel got a text message" said Gepetto.
"And?" Lemonade questioned.
"Well" said Gepetto. "We- the TaTa's- might move to L.A."
"What?" said Lemonade. "Why?"
"Some band called The Flaming Hot Dogs wants us to tour with them" said Gepetto.
"Oh" Lemonade said emptily.
Strudel burst in the door, out of breath, acting like nothing had happened between him & Strawberry. "Dude" he said, catching his breath. "This could be my birthday present! You know, moving to L.A. and all"
"Strawberry's fine with it?" Gepetto questioned.
"Trust me" said Strudel. "She WANTS me to go"
"What? Why?" Lemonade said for the second time.
"I don't really wanna talk about it, okay?" said Strudel.
