I honestly don't know where it went wrong, one day Aladdin loves me, the next, we have fights and now he's spending more time with the other princes then me. I thought that we would live happily together, forever, when we got married but I guess I was wrong.I raised my head off my lap and sighed, I wiped away the remains of my tears with the back of my hand before I stood up. I had been crying in the garden for a half an hour, and Aladdin had left several minutes ago with Prince Phillip. Usually, he stayed a little bit to comfort me before he left, that day though he didn't.
I sighed, and tucked a strand of my hair behind one ear. I turned and began walking steadily back to the palace, I didn't want to leave the garden but I knew I couldn't stay there forever, I am a princess, and I still had some things to do.
As I reached the front of the palace, I stopped and turned my head towards the garden, and then I went in a different direction.
A bit later, I came upon the room where Aladdin, aka Prince Ali at the time, had stayed. I passed the dark magenta curtains, and entered the long since used room. After Aladdin and I got married, I had the servants clean the room once a week since Aladdin often came here.
I sighed and sat down on rich red bed, I drew my knees back up to my chin and sighed again sadly, my lower lip quivered, and another tear slid down my cheek. A soft growl came from the the doorway, I didn't move and I let Rajah come up next to me and nudge me slightly. I didn't say anything, but slowly I let one hand rest gently on his head.
"Oh Rajah, (sniff) what am I going to do? (Sniff) I love Aladdin but it looks like he doesn't love me. I could run away, but where will I go? (Sniff)" I lowered my legs and sighed, gently stroking Rajah behind the ears as he looked up at me with his large golden eyes.
"Oh well, might as well go inside, get ready for my husband when he gets back." I did quotations with my fingers at the husband part, which made Rajah smile. I smiled to myself and kept that smile as I headed back to the palace, this time I entered without hesitation or fear.
As I walked through the halls towards my room, Genie came running down the hallway, in his hand was a small blue flip cellphone. I stopped because I knew why Genie was carrying that cell phone, awhile back the princesses and I had been given small magic cell phones by the Fairy Godmother, the only time we used them was when something was seriously wrong.
I took the phone swiftly from Genie's hand, and raced to my room, with Rajah right beside me. I ran in quickly closed the door behind me, and put the phone to my ear.
"Hello?" I said quickly. "Jasmine, is that you?" It was Cinderella's voice, I recognized it anyway. "You have to get to the House of Mouse, we have something to discuss, how soon can you get here?"
"Quicker then you think." I said with a small smile.
"Okay, see you then bye." And then she hung up.
I looked at Rajah, who looked at me sadly.
"Sorry Rajah, but duty calls!" Before I threw open the door and raced off down the hall.
