It has been about a month ever since the very first princess meeting, and we had all began to wonder, when would our talents of fighting really be put to the test?
Unfortunately, fate thought the same thing and decided to change that.
It was one summer night at the House of Mouse, and all of us girls were either reading through history books, (hey, just because we're Princesses, doesn't mean we can't crack the books every now and then), or we were practicing random moves with our favorite weapons. I myself had been practicing my archery skills, but I got bored and decided to crack the books instead. Right now, I was reading a newspaper clipping from awhile back.
MISSING
Esmerelda: A beautiful, young gypsy girl who was last spotted one night walking away from the House of Mouse and towards the dark forest with her goat, Jolly. If found, please return to Paris, France. Her husband Phoebes, is waiting for her.I looked at the picture just below the description; it showed a young woman with raven black hair, dark brown skin, rich red lips, a large gold hoop earring in one ear, and emerald green eyes. In her arms was a medium sized light gray goat with dark brown eyes, and a large golden hoop earring on one of his dark gray ears.
I looked at that picture, and shook my head sadly. If only you were here Esmerelda, I thought, you would have been so proud of all of us.
Esmerelda had been my best friend, but awhile back she had indeed disappeared. I suppose we all should have seen it coming before she had left, she had been acting strange; she used to try to convince us that someday our Princes would hate us, that we should all learn to fight back while we had the chance, of course we didn't believe her. So she got mad, and well...you know the rest.
I closed the book quietly and quickly, not wanting to dwell on the past. I sat back in my chair and sighed, tilting my head back to look at the ceiling, lost in thought.
Suddenly, the front door banged open, and we all jumped. It was Mickey and Minnie, and their faces were pale as paper.
"Girls," Mickey gasped, "we have a mission for you."
"Does it involve danger?" Cinderella asked eagerly.
"Yes." Mickey said. She smiled.
"What do we have to do?"
