"Otter, wake up! Its noon!" I said shaking Blaise.
"No, I want sleep" She said, smacking my hands away.
"But Otter, you said we could swim today!" I whined while tugging her arm.
"Fine!" She said before sitting up and getting out of bed. I fell to the ground and let out a small giggle before jumping back onto my feet.
"Someone's in a good mood today." Blaise said, shaking her head at me.
"I get to go in the ocean!" I said, clapping my hands together in excitement.
"Yes Mermaid, you get to go home." She said with a giggle.
"Oh yeah, the boys said they will be there" I said as I watched her snatch up her phone, looking at it. I watched her giggle as she read a message on her phone. Oh, I bet Makoto messaged her!
"Yay!" She squealed while jumping up and down in excitement.
"What? Happy you get to see Makoto shirtless?" I asked, smirking at her.
"Bitch, I might be!" She said sassily and I gasped.
"Rude!" I exclaimed and she giggled.
"No, I'm just happy that we get to see our friends. Kou said she might show up later too!" She told me a smile.
"Cool." I said before getting ready to put on my octopus bikini.
"No, wear your new one, it's cute!" Blaise told me.
"Oh yeah, I got a new one." I said before digging in my suitcase to get it out. As I grabbed it out, I spotted the new swimsuit covers I got, pulling them out also. I turned to Blaise, seeing her wearing her the bikini Nagisa picked out for her. It was adorable! I don't really remember her ever wearing a bikini actually, she always seemed to cover up as much skin as she could. I wonder why now that I think about it.
"Oh, here!" I told her before throwing her one of the swimsuit covers. It was blue and had little silhouettes of otters on it.
"Aw Mermaid! This is adorable!" she squealed before putting it on. I smiled at her reaction before pulling mine on. It was a lighter blue and had starfish in different colors printed on it. I slip my flip flops on before I grabbed Blaise's wrist and dragged her outside, heading for the beach. I ran to the water as Blaise laid our towels out as I ripped my cover off and jumped into the water. Popping my head up, I saw the boys arriving. They walked up to Blaise and they must have asked her where I was because she pointed to the ocean where I was swimming. I shrugged before I floated on my back, looking up at the blue sky. Smiling, I dove backwards and swam underwater for a while. When I came back to the surface, I looked over and saw Blaise lying on a towel, talking to Makoto cheerfully. That boy makes her so happy! I'm glad she met someone nice like him. Now if they only realize that they like each other!
"Mermaid!" Nagisa screamed as he swam towards me.
"Hey Nagisa" I said smiling at him before diving and swimming over to him, popping up right in front of him.
"You are fast huh" He said with a smile while I looked past him, spotting a rock.
"You want to see me swim to that rock?" I asked him while nodding to it.
"Yea!" He said and I swam over to it quickly before climbing onto the rock.
"Hey Otter!" I screamed and she swiped her head to look at me.
"Watch this!" I screamed before I turned and did a backflip into the water. When I swam back to the surface, I saw her run down the beach and swim out to me.
"Watch this!" She said smiling before climbing the rock. She got to the top and before running off the rock, doing a triple front flip off the edge. She landed with splash before popping out of the water, pushing her hair back out of her face.
"Wow!" I said while Nagisa and I clapped. Blaise smiled at us before heading back for the shore.
