*Blaise*
I decided to work on my canvas, not feeling tired anymore as I heard thunder in the distance. I looked out my door and saw Alex still in the tub with her bathing suit on and I rolled my eyes.
"Girls I'm home!" My dad called out as he slammed the door shut.
"Okay dad!" Alex and I called out in unison. I could hear her stand up in the tub, hearing the small splash as some fell onto the floor. She had put her leg out while reaching for her towel. I shrugged before turning back to my drawing but slightly jerking when thunder suddenly rumbled loudly. I heard a crack and the sound of something falling in the bathroom.
"Alex?" I called but I got no answer so I put my things down and crept closer to the bathroom. I was expecting her to jump out and scare but instead I saw her lying on the floor near the tub and there was blood on the floor. I quickly ran over, kneeling beside her.
"Dad!" I screamed while my eyes filled with tears. I heard my dad running down the hallway, stopping in the doorway before rushing over and kneeling down.
"Alexandria, wake up." He said before putting his hand behind her head. He pulled it away, seeing blood on his hands.
"Cover her, we need to take her to the hospital." He said while cleaning his hand off with a towel before running out from the bathroom to grab his car keys. I went to our room and rummaged through her suitcase, looking for some clothes and I grabbed a pair of sweats and while I was looking for larger shirt, I came across a shark tooth necklace. Wait, is this Rin's? I was shook from my thoughts when my dad called for me.
"Blaise, we need her clothes." He called from the bathroom.
"Okay, I'm coming!" I yelled while I quickly shoved the necklace into my pocket, grabbing my sleep shirt and running back to my. We put the clothes on her and he carried her out to the car and I help lie her in the back seat. She was still knocked out so I was worried. I grabbed my phone and sent a text to all the guys, letting them know Alex was in the emergency room.
"You should text your cousins too. They are her friends also." My dad pointed out I nodded and texted them. I took out Alex's phone out of my bag realizing she must of forgot to take it out after we got back. I decided that I should probably text her parents and let them know what was going on also, so I went through her contacts, looking for their number so I could send them a message from my phone.
We soon made it to the emergency room and I watched as my dad talk to some nurses before they carted Alex out. I was pacing in the waiting room when the doors opened up and the guys came running over to me.
"What happened?" Rei ask, panting. Makoto, Nagisa, and Haru were all also panting but were looking at me with a frightened look.
"She fell when she got out from the tub and hit her head, leaving a gash in her scalp." I stammered out, shaking nervously. I hated hospitals but she was my best friend I needed to be here. Despite my dad being a doctor, I for some reason hate being in hospitals, they kind of scare me actually.
I looked around, seeing if Gou and Rin were going to show up. God damn it Rin, why do you have to be such an ass sometimes?
"Who are you looking for?" Nagisa asked and I let out a small sigh, thinking that Rin wasn't going to show up.
"No one." I heard a door open and footsteps approach me. I looked over to see my dad was walking over to me.
"She is stitched up so you can come in now, Blaise." He said, pausing when he noticed the guys.
"And friends." He told them with a small smile. I nodded before running towards the room. I saw Haru bending over to grab something as I went into the room and sat down besides Alex. The boys followed after me but Haru walked over to me, holding his hand out and something dangling from it. I looked at him confused but held out my hand so he could place the object in my grasp.
"What's this?" He asked as I looked at the object. Oh, I must of dropped Alex's necklace, forgot that was in my pocket!
"Oh, that's mermaid's necklace!" I said, looking up at Haru.
"That looks like Rin's necklace. I remember he had it before he left when we were younger." He told me as I held it up, dangling the necklace and observing it.
"Oh, I believe it is. He gave it to Mermaid before he left for Australia and telling her to never forget about him" I told him.
"Otter, where am I? Why am I not in the tub?" Alex said groggily, sitting up slightly.
"Mermaid, you're okay!" I said, reaching out to grab and squeeze her hand.
"What happened?" She asked while looking at me.
"Well you fell and hit your head on the tub while getting out. You cut the back of your head pretty badly." I told her. She nodded but paused, looking at my other hand. I looked at her confused before following her gaze, forgetting I was still holding onto her necklace.
"Why do you have that?" She asked, looking back up at me.
"W-well I was getting you clothes after you fell and I kind of saw it then stuck it in my pocket." I stammered as I handed it to her.
"He isn't here is he?" she asked me and I sighed.
"No, he isn't" I told her.
"Miss. Faye, here are your discharge papers." The doctor said as he walked into the room, handing them to Alex. She took the papers before quickly reading them and I watched as her eyes got wide.
"What? No swimming!?" She exclaimed, putting the papers down.
"Oh dear lord, you're going to die." I said, laughing at her reaction.
"You can as long as your head doesn't get wet." My dad told her, chuckling slightly.
"But dadddddddd." She whined, pouting slightly.
"I'm sorry Alexandria. But we don't want it infected now do we?" He asked and she shook her head before looking at me.
"Hey guys, let's go swimming!" She said, smiling and giggling at us.
"Alexandria Moon Faye, why would you want to go swimming after you cracked your head open? You scared all of us! Especially Blaise, she was worried sick!" Makoto yelled at me, while everyone looked at him in shock.
"Whoa daddy-koto, I'm fine aren't I?" She asked and Makoto blushed, covering his face. Oh dear god, daddy-koto? I mean he could act fatherly sometimes but I know Alex was just being sassy. I let out a small giggle, and Alex turned to me, smiling at my reaction.
"How's Alex?" A voice asked and we all turned, seeing Kou in the doorway.
"I'm fine Kou, thanks for coming." Alex told her, smiling sweetly. But the smile faded when someone stepped up behind Gou and began talking.
"Mermaid, what did you do?" I heard Rin asked as he stepped passed Gou.
