Chapter 10-this is gospel

It was late in the evening. The girl, named Emma, had left, and all the boys were sitting around PJs sofa, watching a movie.
"You know what we need? Popcorn! Dan can you come and help me please?" PJ asked
"I could help?" The other boy-named Chris-asked,
"Dan? Can you help me?" PJ asked again
"Uh....yeah sure" Dan went into the kitchen with PJ, leaving Chris and Phil alone.
Phil stared at Chris, he looked rather hurt by PJs words.
"Are you alright?" Phil asked
"Uh-uhm" he cleared his throat "yeah I'm fine, thanks"
"I'm a good listener...."
Chris giggled a bit, before saying "well....uh...its just-it's just complicated"
"Okay..."

Phil began to listen in to dans conversation with PJ.
"What will we do with him? He can't stay at mine forever!" PJ spoke
"I'll find him somewhere else to stay, just keep him for a bit. Please?"
"You like him don't you?"
"What the fuck PJ?! I don't!"
"I know you do! You are all soft around him. You can tell me-"
"Stop getting so fucking jealous of him! Get over yourself!" Dan spat, before they both came storming into the lounge,

"So-where's the popcorn?" Chris asked
"We run out!" PJ snapped
Phil watched Chris lay his had on pjs shoulder. But PJ just shuffled away. What was with it with those two?

Two days past. Phil had been sleeping on pjs couch, and Dan, Chris and Emma had been visiting often.
Phil sat in pjs garden, trapped in his own thoughts. Mum? I need you. I'm going to get father for this! I promise! I promise....
Phil began to cry into his arms.
"Hey...?" PJ walked up behind Phil, "are you okay?"
"Uh....yes sorry" Phil wiped his eyes,
"No-you're not, you can tell me"
"My-" Phil's voice began to shake "my m-mum. She-she died!" Phil cried
The curly haired boy stared at Phil for a few seconds, before hugging him,
"I wish-I wish I could die"
"Hey! Don't ever say that!" PJ spoke, before lifting up Phil's chin.
"Don't ever wish to die! Ever!"
Pjs eyes kept flickering between Phil's eyes and his mouth.

PJ kissed Phil.
