On the sixteenth day of Christmas, the Yogscast gave to me,

Decorating Really Does Spill Blood - Alex Smith(Alsmiffy), Chris Trott(Trottimus), Ross Hornby(Djh3max)

You were all stood in a circle around your living room, surrounding the bushy scratching branches of your fur tree that was soon going to be a Christmassy one, dashing back and forth between the tinsel and bauble boxes and lacing them up across the tree and you let it be said many times how this was ten times better then any other tree you'd made. The boys had insisted on helping due to hearing you rambling about how it still sat undecorated in the middle of your house, shedding everywhere and letting the leaves get caught up in your socks as you attempted to manuerve through all the taunting decoration-filled boxes that dared you to open them and start. Truth was, it had been Trott's idea to give you a helping hand - mainly because a fan had sent in three knitted baubles of the boys Minecraft avatar's and yet there was no room on the tree in their office left.

"Man," you said, taking a step back - careful not to have you foot disappeared into one of the opened boxes - "this is looking great already."

Ross paused halfway through pulling out another set of baubles and came to stand beside you so he caught the same angle, "yeah. It does as well."

"See," Trott said, straining as he wrapped a blue string of tinsel round a higher part of the tree, "told you, you needed our help. We make everything fabulous."

"Just like I made your mum last night," Smith teased through that same-old gritted teeth voice, causing you and Ross to become 'hype boys' all the sudden and cheer him on while Trott rolled his eyes at the same-old joking.

"Oh Ross, be careful," you said, panic filling your tone as you grabbed at the baubles he was holding, they were glass, decorated with frosted snow and acted like mini-snowglobes that when shaken caused hail to softly cascade down inside of the casing. They were given by your mum and you wanted to be the one who put them up.

You reached to take them from his hands, as he narrowed his eyes in confusion at you, "I... I wanted to be the one to put these ones up," you muttered, feeling foolish at your childish wording. Lucky, he just grinned and pulled away, gesturing a hand as though to say 'knock yourself out' though a this point you didn't know that you might as well of.

Smith shrugged, and trailed off into the opposite room, probably readying some more boxes that had come down from your lift. Kyle giving you all a sleepy hello as he trudged through like a sad little turtle in his bat-man pyjamas into the kitchen, probably desperate for his morning coffee. You gave him a small smile in return as Ross bumbled off to help him, leaving you and Trott.

"Oh," you groaned to yourself, "I literally have no idea where I want to put them." Trott spun round, eyeing the tree up and down, a finger against his chin as though he was planning this a little too hard.

"Well, you definitely want them in a place you can see them, so maybe one facing every direction of the room, so no matter which angle you look, you can always see them." he said thoughtfully, causing you to widen your eyes ever so slightly.

"How did you-"

"I can always tell, it's the way you look at them, you look at them with such care and worriment in your eyes. They're special to you," he shrugged, appearing very all-knowing at this moment in time with his fringe swept down across his narrowed eyes and all together looking a bit like a very intelligent Trottimus.

"Same way you look at Katie," you teased, nudging him slightly with your shoulder as he pushed away from you, a blush creeping through his cheeks as he nodded ever so slightly. Even you had to admit, Trott and Katie were the perfect team. He turned away, busying himself with one of the boxes as you stooped onto one of the empty boxes that somehow - due to it's solidness from being kept in that position for so long you guessed - managed to stay upright under you, levering yourself across most of the tree reaching for that one perfect looking branch then.
