On the ninth day of Christmas, the Yogscast gave to me,
An Innuendo Filled Secret Santa - Lewis Brindley(Xephos), Kim Richards(Nanosounds), Chris Trott(Trottimus), Alex Smith(Alsmiffy), Ross Hornby(djh3max), Mark Turpin(Turps), Hannah Rutherford(Lomadia)
"Right, gather round everyone," Lewis instructed, keeping his voice in a way that made you all feel like toddlers that were diving out of control - but when you looked round at the giggling faces that surrounded you, you didn't really blame him.
It was the day of the Secret Santa, well, the deciding day. He'd gather round the Yogscast up in separate groups letting them pull the names out Hannah's link hat, and finally, late in the day to the extent that the sun was sitting glaring through the window at the group of you as you were all keeping it from it's sleep. The group peered up at Lewis, despite him being dramatically shorter then the majority of you, with wide eyes as you awaited your chance to discover just who you're presents would be brought for. You felt that it was definitely a good idea to not early buy the present then just shove it in said-given-name's face.
"Ok, um, Kim, go first. Shortest go first," Lewis said, waving the hat around a bit and juggling up all the remaining pieces of paper, "are we all prepared? Ready? To stick your hand right in this raffle?"
"Excuse me," Kim mocked gasped through giggles as the Hat boys took this opportunity to pile on.
"Oh yeah, stick it in the hat Kim, stick it in good." Trott groaned, causing Kim to let out a playful shiver whilst Lewis let out his notorious snort and you simply watched with a lop-sided grin.
"I'm gonna stick it in you Trott," Alsmiffy said through his usual gritted teeth.
Turps then took up this perfect opportunity, "stick it so far in, until you come back out with only nine fingers!" he cried out, causing everyone to wrinkle up their noses and hold in laughter.
"Jesus Christ," you heard Ross let out a whisper from beside you, just like he always did.
Kim rolled her eyes at the lot of them and dug her hand straight into the hat - coupled by the somewhat harmonious sounds of Trott and Smith letting out groans and Turps letting out light screams as they pretended to become a hat that was being, well, fisted, by Kim. She dragged out a small piece of paper and covered the back with her hand as she read it, the smile from before fading instantly from her face, "oh. Oh dear." she covered over her sudden mood drop with awkward laughter and the others glanced at her curious as you knitted your eyebrows together.
"Who've you got?" you asked, leaning towards her and attempting to re-enlighten the atmostphere from before. Even if the boys were making the worst sex jokes in the world, rather that then you best friend losing her smile.
Kim gave you a half-hearted smile, "can't tell you that, it'd ruin the surprise."
"You think she's found the finger from last time?" Turps asked with a cheeky grin causing Lewis to let out a loud laughing snort.
"Uh, god, that's disgusting," Hannah said, grimacing and yet unable to stop smiling, "this is not a conversation I want to be having."
"Oh Kim, you found my other finger," Smith joked causing another ripple of laughter to spread through the group and Kim to finally put back on that bright smile.
"Why is it so sticky?" she teased, waving around the piece of paper as though it really was Smith's sticky finger.
"Guys!" Trott cried out, waving his hands in surrender, "this is mortifying!"
You bit down on your lip to stop such hard uncontrolled laughter from streaming out, as you glanced around at your friends at their glowing faces as they waggled their fingers at each other teasingly. The Yogscast was always like this, and they really were - however cheesy and cliché it sounds - a family. A home away from home. The people you felt you could rely on the most in life. Your best friend's and your worst enemy when it comes to being prone to giggle fits. Your happiness and your fuzziness inside. And everything more in life. Maybe it was just because you'd been a fan before hand, but knowing them, being able to see them not just through a computer screen, being able to call them your closest friends, it was amazing.
"Alright, next smallest now," Lewis said, waving the hat under your nose, "go for it Py." You smiled up at him and mimed clicking your knuckles in preparation.
"Good luck," Ross whispered beside you, causing you to let out a giggle as you plunged deep into Link's hat and receiving what felt like a thousand paper cuts from the solid bits of folded paper that were shoved into it. You fished around, your hand brushing against so many but none of them quite feeling right until. Right at the bottom, one with a slight dog-ear, reached out for you. Pulling it out your brought it up to your eyes and read.
Smith
The name echoed around you and it took a lot of effort to stop yourself from glancing up at him now, mainly because you could feel his eyes staring curious at you - and something about his eyes always seemed to make you lose your train of thought. Honestly, you weren't sure how to feel. He wasn't exactly an easy person to buy for, but that didn't stop a challenge from being fun, not to mention you had a long time to buy something, and you could probably - just like Simon had said - buy him a pack of 50p nappies if needed to, he would probably appreciate it. You felt Ross leaning round your shoulder and tried to hide the paper against your chest but you almost knew it was too late as the second he drew away he gave you a wink whilst you tapped your nose with a finger.
"Who've you got then?" Kim asked, standing on her tip-toes to try and get a better look to which you tutted at, taking a step back from her.
"Ah ah ah, you don't show me yours, I ain't showing you mine." you insisted, folding your paper back up again and holding it high in the air, tip-toeing yourself until Kim only just came up to your shoulders. She stuck her tongue out at you and pulled away, "next shortest right Lewis?" you asked giving him a innocent grin.
"Of course, Hannah?" he said, holding out the hat to her as she gave him a sarcastic laugh to which he grinned.

Yes, I did last night watch the Jingle Jam Karaoke live stream including Smith and Turps and yes many-a sexual jokes have danced into this chapter because of it, but enjoy.
Plus, I'm kinda starting a weird shipping triangle (or square if we count the Py/Parv hug from before) but hey, still better then twilight - no-one sparkles in this book :)
