THE NEXT DAY
I get up and wast of all of the make up from last night. As I shower I wonder what Casey Jade and Amber thought of my outfit. I smirk as I am surrounded by apple bubbles. I have to be ready for 10 today because it's the start of training I'm itching to get get hold of a spear or trident I've never been this long without using one since I was seven I even used them when I was ill.
I get in the elevator with Theta and Lala and Theta presses the button with takes us down to the training. I'm hoping that I can get some allies for in the arena if they will team up with someone who wore a ridiculous outfit like mine last night. As we make our way down I see that we are the first ones hear even though there's only 1 minute to Ten. After about 5 minutes everybody had arrived and I could all ready see the people who I wanted to team up with.
"Hey Finnick" Says a girl from district 1, she has light brown hair and green eyes she tall and thin and she wont have to worry about sponsors "Want to Allie with me and Marble." She points to a boy slightly taller than me with mousy brown hair and blue eyes. "I'm Glitter Bye the way." She say staring at me waiting for an answer. "Sure we should try and team up with district 2 and 7 don't forget Lala she my district partner." I say however I make note to not let her prettiness stop he from getting home to district 4 and Casey I'm not going to die for her. "Sure Ill try and get 2 you try and get 7." And with that she walked of to join Marble. I set of towards the tributes from district 7 the girl was small with jet black hair and amber eyes. The boy was tall muscly and his hair and eyes were the the same colours as the girls but her eyes were kinder than his. "Hi." I say as I approach them "Hi." The girl says back turning to face me. "Im Finnick and I was wondering if you you wanted to join an alliance." I say trying my best to sound friendly. "Sure how many people are their already." She asks "Well theirs me Lala Glitter Marble and maybe Hero and Slate." I say counting each person off on my fingers. "we will join were or the others im Jack by the way and she Maple." Its the first time I hear him speak I expect his voice to be alot deeper than it is. "Ok then lets go!" I say before I lead the way towards the others.
It turns out Glitter is amazing with a bow and arrow. Marble can throw spears nearly as good as me. Maple is so accurate at throwing axes she could hit the target blind folded. Jack took 8 different trainers down when he wrestled. Hero can throw knifes like Jade can. And Slate can uses swords like its nobodys business. Just as we pass the edible plants station we see the boy from district 12 pass it without blinking. I am amazed at his skills but the others dont seem to care. "Come on!" Says Slate "We have to get a table together for dinner."
