"Aren't you Eli's girl?" Sarah hissed angrily. "Was." I reply. Her eyes grew wide, finally put the pieces together. "You bitch..." She said giving me her full attention. James attempts to cut in but I raise my hand up to stop him. "You did this... You little snake." She said pushing my forehead with her finger.

I take her taunt knowing that I was guilty too. "Look... We're sorry okay... It just happened." I said to her. Her expression darkened. "Just happened. Huh?" She repeats attempting to push me, but I stood my ground and didn't move an inch. James's face looked more and more uneasy. "Yeah and I hope you can just let us be." I continue. She gave me a smirk and held my face in her hand. I quickly swat it away in anger.

"We're sorry for doing what we did. But we're happy now and I'm not giving him up." I warn her from doing anything she'll regret. "You're warning me about trying something with my 'ex'boyfriend who you stole from me..." She said, her words like poison. "Look let's talk again next time when your head is clearer." I say. "You're a joke." She said before yanking my hair causing me to fall flat on my back. "Sarah!" James warned. I gesture him to stop.

"You're going to regret that..." I say giving Sarah a smile. I tie my hair up ready for a fight. "You have the nerve to threaten me." Sarah said tauntingly. She tied her hair up and dropped her purse onto the floor.

Before James could say a word, Sarah and I were on the floor. "He's mine." I say looking at her with full rage. "Stop pulling my hair!" I say feeling her hands buried into my hair. With all my might, I lift her off of me and threw her onto the floor. James's surprised expression almost made me laugh if it wasn't for the fact that I was in a middle of a fight. Sarah looked at me shocked, before picking up her things. "I'm going to destroy you in this school." She said before disappearing back into the building.

"Well that was... Crazy." James said gently pulling the hair tie out of my hair. "I'm not a fighter I swear." I say with a sigh taking a seat on the grass, James shortly following after. "It sure looked like you were." He said kissing me on the forehead. "I'm not going to fight every person who has a crush on you..." I say jokingly. "I can't believe you dated her... She's kind of intense." I say to him.

He kisses me on the lips softly, "She isn't that bad... I have never seen this part of her before." He admitted as he brushes strands of my hair behind my ear. "Can I be honest without you getting mad?" He asks. "Uh sure..." I say getting nervous. "I thought it was hot of you to you know... Fight for me." He said shyly. Unable to control myself, I let out a burst of laughter.

"I'm glad to know that going hulk on someone makes you happy." I say twisting his words to tease him. "That's not what I meant!" He gasped in panic, not wanting to evoke violence as a turn on. "I'm kidding. I get what you meant." I say with a smile and playfully tackle him to the floor and begin to kiss him.

"I have to go to class babe, are you going to be okay?" James asks, afraid to leave me alone. "Go ahead. I'll be fine." I promised him. He gave me one last peck on the lips before heading to class.

The school bell rings, telling me to go to class. Defeated, I pick myself up from the floor and make my way to my next class. My heart beat rapidly, unable to stop thinking about all the drama that had just occurred.

"Hide your boyfriends! Nadine is coming!" Someone from across the hall yelled. For a college, I realize this place was as immature as high school. Though anger surged through me, the feeling of sadness was more prevalent. I ignore what was being said about me and make my way to class.

"As you all know there was an unfortunate accident yesterday involving Mrs. Espino. The English department decided that we will teach some of her students until she recovers. With that said, here are the three new students that will be joining our class." My teacher announced. "Oh crap." I gasp as I watch the new students enter the room.
