Third person POV
He smashed down the door. He knew what the boy was about to do. He did not care about the door. A soft melody drifted through the house. In a way, the boy was soothed. But, when he saw the blood on the floor at his feet, his heart dropped. He didn't know his way around the house very well, so he followed the sound of the piano.
Once he came by the kitchen, he took one look at the note on the bench and screwed it up. He ran as fast as he possibly could to the sound of the piano. Suddenly, the sound of many keys hitting at once fills the house. He opened the door to see a boy lying limp on the piano.
His heart drops, tears roll down his face. He runs up to the boy and pulls him off of the piano and places him in his lap on the ground. The boy slowly starts to close his eyes. He freaks out, trying to yell at him to not go to sleep. But It's then he realises the wounds the boy inflicted upon himself. his calves have been completely destroyed from cuts. His thighs are missing a lot of skin. His chest has strange patterns all over it. His upper arms have words written all over them. And worst of all, his large cuts down his arms are bleeding so much. And the blood, there is so much blood. He feels like he is going to be sick, but he puts that aside and instantly pulls out his phone and calls 911.
They tell him that they'll be there as soon as they can. He checks the boys breathing while he waits, trying to remain calm. Though, his efforts fail. He cries while cradling the limp boy in his arms. He thought the boy was getting better. He thought he was making him happy. Suddenly, a phone starts to ring next to the piano. He picks it up and looks at the caller and instantly answers.
"Hey Mitch i-" The caller says, but he cuts him off. "WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO??!!" He screams into the phone. "Wait what?" The other asks in confusion. "WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO LACHLAN OVERPOWER??!!" He screams yet again. "Wait- is that Jerome?" Lachlan asks in confusion. "YES!" Jerome yells into the phone.
"Why are you-" Lachlan starts to ask a question but Jerome cuts him off yet again. "HE JUST TRIED TO KILL HIMSELF!!" Jerome yells. The other end of the phone becomes silent for a moment and then more then one voice fills Jerome's ears. Lachlan put the phone on speaker.
"Jerome, have you called 911?" Preston asks calmly. Jerome hums into the phone. "Yes, they are on their way. But I don't know if he is going to survive. He's...lost a lot of blood." Jerome says, trying to calm down. There is still a steady stream of tears running down his face.
"Does he have a pulse?" Vikk asks quickly. Jerome puts the phone on speaker and he checks Mitch's pulse on his neck . It's there, but very faint. "Yes, but it's very faint." Jerome says, then, his pulse stops. But before he starts freaking out, the paramedics run into the room. The instantly take Mitch from Jerome and start working on him. They start talking to Jerome but Jerome just sits their in shock, looking at his chest. All of Mitch's blood on his shirt, on his hands, is a lot to take in. The boys are yelling at him through the phone. Jerome quickly snaps out of it and grabs the phone.
"T-the para-paramedics a-are Her-here." Jerome stutters, looking and his bloody hands, tears running down his face. "S-so m-much blood." He says quietly. The others hear it though.
"Jerome, snap out of it! Go with Mitch. Well bring you some clothes. Meet you at the hospital." Rob says. Then, they hang up. Jerome gets into the ambulance and holds Mitch's head while they hook him up to different machines. The young girl looks working on Mitch looks at Jerome in sympathy. "He should be ok, though he is going to suffer some serious injuries. If you didn't get to him as soon as you did, he would be dead." She says. Jerome nods, tears still running down his face.
