Chapter 3:
The time went by pretty fast. It was dark awhile ago and now the sun was shining so bright. Since it's already day time and I'm not even tried, I decided to walk around the camp. I needed to make myself familiar of this place, so if ever I wanted to sneak out of any activities, I would know where I should go.
"Hey where are going?" A female voice said. Not her again. Please, can you please not bother me? Mind your own business. I want to be alone.
"Going out." I quickly respond without looking behind.
"Can I come along?" She asked. No. No. No. "Hey, I'm talking to you." She added and spun me to face her.
"It's up to you to hang out with a girl like me."
"Well, I'm going to hang out with you. Whether you like it or not." She said. "You know, Samantha, I'm not an awful person."
"I know. You seem nice but I just want to be alone." I said. "And why do you bother to hang out with me? You are here for a reason. For one reason: to meet and hang out with your fave idols." I turned around and exited the cabin. I didn't want to be in a conversation.
"Basically, I didn't want to be here." She said as she followed me out the cabin. Please just leave me alone. "My twin sister begs to accompany her in the camp."
"Are you sure? And where is she?" I thought I was the only one not wanting to be in this camp. Well, maybe I would be able to have a friend after all. *smiles* NOT!
"I'm hundred and one percent sure." She remarked. "She's in her cabin, I think."
"Why aren't you in one cabin?"
"I asked the organizer if we can be in a separate cabin. To be honest, she's my twin but we never get along."
"Oh. Okay." I simply said and continued walking. As we continued walking in silence, I noticed that our cabin was not near the main area of the camp. It was far, far behind.
"You really sure that that's your reason?" I wasn't satisfied of her reason yet.
"That's the truth."
"Oh...really?" I was still unconvinced.
"Yes." She responds. "Why don't you believe me?"
Should I tell her my reason?
I don't know. I think I can't trust her that early. I just met her hours ago.
Maybe I should tell her, since she would be my roommate for 2 whole months. She'll be the only one that would be right there for me.
If she really cares for me though.
Oh well, I should ask her questions first before I tell her my reason.
"Hey Samantha, are you still here?" she snapped me back to reality.
"Sam. Just call me Sam. Samantha is really long and I prefer being called Sam." I said. Well, better start now. "Alexandra, just one question?"
"What is it?"
"Can I trust you?"
"Of course. You can trust me with anything." She stated.
"Well, I despise being in this camp, Alexandra."
"Are you kidding me, Sam?" she reacts. "Just call me Alex. Why?"
"I don't want to be in this camp but I'm forced to be here." I said. She had a confused look on her face, so I continued explaining to her. I explained the reason why I didn't want to be in this camp. I told her everything she needed to know, since I could trust her. Right?
