what happened during the tour?

did he know her before we got together?

why would he do this?

was i not enough?

thoughts flooded my brain, while the tears poured out.

i knew a lot can happen in 6 months, but i never expected this.

never expected him to be cheating on me, especially after three years of dating. maybe he got tired of me. that's all people get from me, boredom.

after half an hour went by my tears stopped and my brain started functioning properly. I now remember who vanessa was. she was his previous girlfriend before me. I've seen pictures on his Instagram that he never deleted, and she's stunning.

whatever happened between them, wasn't quite over.

i don't know if shawn is still with me because he loves me, or feels bad.

i should be independent, but everyone who loved me left. my mom died in a car crash when i was seven, my father's in jail, and my brother died due to a miscarriage. now i live with my sweet old grandmother, who will soon leave me as well.

yet, i want to tell shawn that i know, but i can't leave him. he is my everything, and just a little bit of his heart is enough.

my grandmother came downstairs from her early nap, which leads to her eternity of sleep later. "hija, where's shawn?" she asked.

"oh-um he w-wanted to h-hang out with his friends since he came back from tour." i answered, referencing the lie he told to me.

"you know, he's a very good boy nina." she compliments sternly.

"uh huh." i agreed, shaking my head up and down, not wanting to break down in tears again.

"keep him, for he will love you forever." she says before getting a glass of water and wobbling up the stairs. i sighed getting up and heading to my room.

i laid down on my bed, clutching tightly to my pillow. i tried to sleep the pain away, but dreaming of our memories may become nightmares.
