Chapter 19: Kidnap

Eliza's POV

Two Months After Finding Jade

Life had gotten much better after Liam, Enna, Sky and Jade joined us. We had moved from a little country town in South America, to Northen Canada. Even after six months, I knew I wasn't used to the weather... 

I opened the front door and walked into the warmth of the house we had just moved into. Immediately, Sky came up to me with a grin, closely followed by Jade. 

"What did you get?!" Jade squealed. I had just been shopping for clothes as we were just living in the same ones. 

"Clothes, I told you before I left a few hours ago. There are two bags each for you and Sky, one each for Tolken, Liam and Josh, and three for me and Enna." I replied.

"Three bags?" A voice asked. I turned to see Liam come out of the kitchen, a sandwich in his mouth. 

"Yes. Us girls need our clothes." I snorted. 

"Too right we need clothes." Enna called out. She was on the landing upstairs so I dumped the boy's bags, gave Sky and Jade theirs and ran upstairs to give three to Enna. "Oh my gosh, thank you! Lot's of pink, good I like pink... I think." We laughed at her rhyme and went to our rooms. 

Since it was a four bedroom house, a lot of us had to share. Liam and Enna got a double room, Sky and Jade too, Josh had a single and I had to share with Tolken because Josh was being a selfish boy and complained that he had to share with Tolken at Matt's house. Unfortunately for Tolken, it was a double bed and  he still had a mate...

"Got a lot of bags there haven't you?" a voice muttered. I rolled my eyes and starting unpacking them.

"Yes there is, now why don't you unpack yours, you know I hate an untidy bedroom." I groaned. I heard Tolken chuckle as he brought his bag in to put with his other clothes. He then decided to have a random heart-to-heart.

"How are you then?" I rolled my eyes and sighed.

"I'm fine Tolken. Just a little tired from shopping. What 'bout you?" I heard Tolken shuffle around with  his bag and then open the wardrobe.

"Good. Urm, Eliza... I was urm wondering... Do you want me to sleep on the floor?" I felt my body tense up as I thought about his question. Was I making him uncomfortable by agreeing to sharing with him instead of forcing Josh? Did he care too much about Rira that he just couldn't sleep next to me? 

"Urm, if you are uncomfortable sleeping in the same bed as me, I'll go share with Josh." I mumbled. I had my back to him, but I knew he had turned to face me.

"No. No I'm not uncomfortable... I just thought you were because of, well you kno--" 

"You mean Matt?" I growled. 

"Yeah." 

"Tolken," I turned to face him "I hated Matt, yeah we were mates but I would rather be alone than with him! I don't like to be forced into things, but if I am making you uncomfortable, I can just go!" He stared at me with a blank expression and wide eyes. I sighed and looked down, my bangs falling in my face. "I'm sorry, he just upsets me..." Tolken placed a hand around my back and pulled me into a hug. I wrapped my arms around his neck and cried into his shoulder.

"I was thinking about you. It's okay, I'll sleep in the bed. I shouldn't have brought it up. I'm sorry." he said. I nodded and we retracted from the hug. I wiped my tears and left the room, badly needing air. I headed downstairs to see the door open already. I ran over to it and went outside. I looked around and when I turned my face to look back inside, someone grabbed me! I screamed as loud as I could,

"HELP! SOMEONE! HE--" before my mouth was covered as I was knocked out.

(3) Eliza is strong when it comes to her feelings, meaning she can push them out of the way if needed. Do you think that deep down she has feelings for Matt as they were mates?
