.:Recap:.

"I, love, you," I said, putting a pause between each word.

"I..." he was speechless, but a large grin made its way to his face and he kissed me roughly, pulling me to him tightly, in a fierce ten second kiss. Then he broke away, releasing me entirely, looking relieved, elated and shocked at the same time. I smiled at him before giving him one last kiss.

That, I reflected as I made my way down to breakfast, was the utmost perfect way to start a morning.

.:Story Start:.

I sat at the table with a large smile still on my face, still rather exhilarated and breathless from the 'kiss'. Danny, who was sat across to me, raised an eyebrow.

"Someone's in a good mood," he observed, biting into his croissant and making a big mess of it. I blushed faintly but the smile would not go away.

"...yeah," I agreed, biting my lip shyly while looking down.

"Spill," Danny said, and I imagined he had a smirk on his face. I shook my head adamantly just as Eddie walked in. I heard the shower turn on upstairs and Mr Richmond appeared in the door, so I realised it was Spencer in the shower. I found myself imagining him standing naked in the bathtub, water cascading down his chiselled chest, his muscles flexing as he scrubbed himself...

"Ahem," Danny said, breaking me out of my perverted thoughts.

"Hmm?" I asked innocently.

"Why are you in such a good mood?" he said, and I guessed he was repeating it from when I had been daydreaming.

"And why were you smiling creepily while spacing out?" added Eddie cautiously. I rolled my eyes.

"None of your business," I said, taking some freshly baked bread from the bag Mr Richmond had just brought in. I cut it open and flatly ignored the boys as they continued to question me, and then I toasted it and it was truly delicious. I continued to blank my brother and his friend out for the whole of breakfast before washing my hands, putting the plate in the dishwasher and heading back up to our room.

I crashed on my bed, on my back with my hands behind my head and my knees bent towards the ceiling. I closed my eyes with that smile still on my face, waiting for Spencer to come back in the room. A few minutes later the door opened and I sat up straight, eager to see him again. He was walking towards his bed without a shirt on, running his fingers through his wet hair.

I jumped off the bed and darted over to him, hugging him from behind. He chuckled and turned around in my arms, cupping my face and smiling at me radiantly. I smiled back and bit my bottom lip, trailing my hands down his back. He shivered before leaning down and giving me a swift peck on the lips. I growled and entangled my fingers in his hair, pulling him down for a better kiss.

He chuckled, sitting on his bed, and I wrapped my legs round his waist, succumbing to his lips in blissful passion. After a few minutes we pulled away and he gently kissed my cheek.

"God, Jess," he said, his head in the crook of my neck as he closed his eyes. "I think I'm possibly the happiest person alive," he started to kiss my neck and I giggled, relaxing in his arms. I thought I'd be apprehensive, cautious with this whole new unexplored relationship, but I was totally comfortable. I was beginning to imagine a future with Spencer, which didn't scare me at all.

Thinking about my future reminded me of Zack like a smack in the face, and I tensed slightly. My mind was fuzzy at the moment, filled with pleasure at Spencer's touch, but I knew that once we were apart Zack's face would haunt me like the plague. I sighed and rested my head on his shoulder, and he sat up properly.
