As I pull out my dagger from my pocket, I traced out a circle and sliced it on the pink cardboard, earning an entrance. I went inside and hid within the shadows.
The place is filled with stanked people, more of guards, roaming around the place. I hid behind crates, buildings, corners, and barrels to get to the somewhat main tower but before that, I have to find the keys first and free my groupmates from the rusty ol'dungeon.
Once I reached the entrance of the tower of somekind, I went inside and started finding the keys when I encountered a hallway that separates to two other ways. Both are dark inside and now I don't know where to go. Hearing a conversation just a few meters away from my back, I didn't have a choice but to go to the left hallway.
Torches were separated a meter or 2 away from each other, resulting for dark areas and creepy shadow figures. Shivers ran down my spine as I shrugged it off and continued my journey. Not for long, 2 big doors were at the end of it. Just like a few minutes ago, I didn't know where to go anymore. Do they even know that someone might get lost in this freaking tower? Oh right, all of them knew except for the outsiders...like me and my groupmates. Sighing in defeat, I turned the knob of the right door but...it's locked.
I groaned and hit my head on the wall multiple times. I took a long glance on the tiny window on it and saw the keys inside...together with a sleeping stanked Bucky. His legs on top of the desk, the keys on his hand. Now how am I gonna get the keys now without waking him up? When a lightbulb was lit up on top of my head, I got myself a pin laying mysteriously on the floor. I started picking the lock as fast as I could due to the fact that voices are getting louder and louder, meaning that they're getting closer and closer to me.
                              Click!
Once I heard it open, I hurriedly went inside without creating a single noise. Walking toward Bucky, I searched the oil in my bag and put a tiny amount on his hand. Soon, the keys slowly slid down his hand until he dropped it and I caught it, wringling a bit, creating a small chime noise.
Bucky yawn and stretched from his sleep as I prayed that he won't wake up. Turning to another side, opposite from me, I sighed in relief and decided to find the dungeon. But as I was going to open the door...
                              S.R.'s POV
As I open the door, Bucky was not on his duty as the keeper of the keys. No one is around but the two of us, just the two of us. I searched for the keys but didn't saw a single one of it, because every key of the tower has been gathered into one large hoop. My blood boiled at the sight of Bucky and at the lose of the keys so I sprinted toward him when I slipped, creating a loud thud caused by me and the impact of the floor.
Bucky rised from his slumber and saluted as a sign of respect. The floor seemed wet and slippery, even Bucky's hand. Someone must've stolen the keys through oil. I stood up properly, struggling because of my now slippery shoes, and smack Bucky across his face. Rude but he deserved it for losing all the keys.
A quick thought ran in my mind telling me that someone must've escaped from the dungeon. Without further more interuptions, I ran to the dungeon, still slipping and sliding because of the oil.
Since I know I won't be there in time, I pressed on the warning signal as guards started going to every direction, looking for the one who escaped from the dungeon.
                              Kayz's POV
Earlier...
I'm now on the ceiling, my arms and legs spread, just above S.R.. After he moved toward, I fell to the ground and went on ninja-mode.
I can feel myself getting wet and sticky because of my sweat. The heat of this place is so unbearable that I might faint any minute now. Instead of getting myself lost because of the many hallways this place had, I went back to wher I escaped, from the tiny window pane.
Hiding behind the bushes, I saw the window pane when guards started compiling on that spot, blocking my entrance. Now that's just great. Blowing away a strand of hair from my face, a deep hole from the ground was made unexpectedly. Whether I'll go to wonderland or not, I still have to save this dimension.
I crawled inside the hole as the entrance was now blocked by dirt, making me hard to see where I was going now. Continuing, my hands suddenly missed the dirt, making me jolt and fall down another hole. Still rolling, I stopped when I realized I'm now inside the dungeon together with my groupmates. The hole I come out to was now covered as I sigh in relief. Taking off my mask, I put it back in my bag, just in time for S.R. to be here.
His head and eyes went to every direction, scanning the whole place. He darted his eyes at me and glared as he walk away.
''False alarm, I just thought that maybe one of them escaped,'' S.R. said to the guard beside him. The guard just nodded his head as every guard started going back, leaving us be.
''Did you get the keys?'' Carla asked with hope in her eyes.
''Yes,'' I replied with a smile on my face. ''I decided to free you guys before going to the Sorcerer because I know I'll need your help. Let's spend a night here before we get into combat, we still need rest for tomorrow...''
                              White Tiger's POV
Now that everyone's asleep, I turn to my real self and went to Kayz, who is asleep, and got the keys. Soon, S.R. went in front of the bars as I gave it back to him.
''So who's the one who escape?'' he asked, taking the keys.
''It was Kayz,'' I replied. He gave me a drumstick as I started to eat it because of hunger. After finishing it, I threw it at the the trashbin just near me. S.R. left me alone as I went back to my other form and slept with the others...
