A man much younger than Charlie, in fact he looked barely older than myself, walked up to me.

"Charlie told me to lead you to his place?" He asked with a deep, almost annoyed voice.

I nodded.

"Well let's go," he muttered as he climbed onto his bike.

I quickly climbed into my little car and followed him for about ten minutes to the far corner of town where a small, white house with navy blue shudders sat peacefully at the end of a road. To my surprise it was perfect. It had a small garden bed in front of the small porch that was painted to match the shudders and a hand painted mailbox with the name "Reid" painted on it in fancy, cursive letters. It was beautiful. My heart melted when I saw it.

I pulled into the driveway and stepped out, still just looking at the place.

The young man I followed stepped over to me.

"I guess I'm supposed to wait with you until Allie gets here," he grumbled under his breath.

Before I could respond, another guy on a bike pulled up and walked over to us with his black helmet under his arm.

"Hey, Tyler. Charlie and Bubba are headed out to..." He paused and looked at me before continuing. "Just meet them at the gas station. I'll stay with her."

The man named Tyler almost eagerly got on his bike and left.

"Look, I'm sorry about him. I know he can be a real ass sometimes. He's my younger brother, so I guess I should know. I'm Mason," the other man explained while laughing to himself.

I smiled, "I'm Auden."

This guy's actually kind of cute I thought to myself.

He stood at about 6'3, towering over me, with tanned skin from being outside that was simultaneously covered in tattoos. He had piercing, ocean blue eyes that could take my breath away and slightly shaggy, dark brown hair that was also just perfectly wavy with a matching, stubbly beard that seemed to perfectly suit him. My assumption was that the beard was to try to give him a more intimidating appearance to make up for the freckles dotted across his nose. He was stunning.

He smiled at me, which made me blush super hard and all nervous.

"So what brings you all the way out here?" He asked, trying to make conversation.

I chewed on my lip, "It's sort of a long story."

Before he could finish someone, who I assumed to be Allie pulled into the driveway.

Perfect timing.

The middle aged woman parked her car and got out with a big grin on her face.

"Now Mason, are you out here harassing this pretty young lady?" She joked.

"Now does that even sound like me? I just didn't have enough time to start pulling my moves on her," he answered, laughing.

You can try whatever you want on me, I thought as I watched them with a slight grin on my face.

"I'll be here for dinner," he said after a minute while kissing the plump woman on her cheek before riding back down the road.

She turned to me, "Well come on, honey. Let's get you all situated."

She got her groceries and I got a bag of my clothes and we went into the beautiful little house.
