chapter 1

Today is a special day I say to my self. Its my birthday but I still had to go to school. I didn't want to go because it's my birthday. My mother say I had to. I went to high school. It didn't start good. I went to my class and we had a test that I didn't study for so I knew I was going to fail. Then 6 period came and it was lunch time and I wanted to do something stupid so I stared a food fight. I got away with it. Then 9th period came I was so happy because all I have is one more period left. I was even more happier when me and a friend name Pablo went to class and we had free. My friend Pablo say "lets go to the cafeteria" I didn't want to go because of what I did, I went anyways. we sat in our usual table which it was the one in the front to the left. we were sitting there for like 20 minutes when two girls came in and we knew one of them but we didn't know the other and they sat in our table. I was so shy to speak. My friend look at her and say "it's his birthday today aren't you going to say happy birthday" and she reply "I didn't know it was his birthday". My heart stop and I couldn't say anything I just froze. She say "well happy birthday". I took a deep breath and say "thank so much, my name is Steve, its a pleasure to meet you". she say "my name is Kat". I was so happy because she was really cute and I was talking to her. I ask her "where are you coming from because this is the first time I see you in this school". she say "I'm coming from East meadow" and I say "that's nice". Then the bell ring and we all got up and as we were walking away from each other I say with a smile on my face "it was nice to meet you in my birthday". she smile back and say "it was nice meeting you too". I wanted to ask for her phone number but I was to embarrassed to ask her for it. so I didn't do it. My friend Bryan went to a school in Roslyn and that day he was versing my school. so I stay to watch the game and the beautiful girl Kat has come to see the game too and I got really happy because she is here again.
