When It Started

CHAPTER 25

DANE'S POV

I was walking back to the house but someone grabbed my hand. I looked back and saw Luke smirking. He pulled me and twirled me around until I was a few inches facing him. "Wtf?" I asked him. He laughed. "You didn't answer my question yesterday." Luke said. "So?" I said in an annoying tone. "So answer me." Luke said. "What was the question again?" I asked him. He smirked. "Will you be mine?" He asked. I was silent and stared at him. "Come on Dane ans-" I cut him off by kissing his lips. "Does that answer your question." I told him and he smiled and he kissed me again. "Yes." He said and we connected our foreheads as we stared at each other. "I love you." He said. "I love you too." I told him and we walked around the rest of the day around the park.

CHANDLER'S POV

I looked at the bracelet and saw a note.
It says there.

Thanks for everything thing that you have done. Thanks for the smiles and laughter. Thanks for leaving me and replacing me forgetting me and hurting me I just wanted you to know that I made up my mind that chasing after the wrong thing is losing precious moments and Chanler I hope you're happy that I'm out of your life. ~Alex

I read the note as a few tears formed in my eyes. What have I done. I kept the note and placed the bracelet back in the box. Suddenly Katie came up from behind me. "Hey baby." She said as she wrapped her arms around my waist. I faced her and pecked her on the lips. "Whats wrong?" She asked me. "Nothing..." I said with my voice fading as I looked out the window and saw Alex laughing with Brad. She saw me staring and she frowns for a while but she ignores me and continue to hang with Brad. "Do you want to watch a movie?" I asked her. "No thanks how about a walk?" She said and she grabbed my hand leading me outside to the park of DZ. We were walking around the place until I saw Alex and Brad sitting at the shade of the tree. Brad stood up and led Alex to the center of the park at the fountain that wasn't working. They were joking around and I saw Calum sneak up behind Alex and push her in the fountain pulling Brad with her and Dane pushed Calum and Luke pushed Dane and Sam pushed Luke and Michael pushed Sam and Pia pushed Shawn and Ashton pushed Shawn as he dragged Ashton with him. They were all soaking wet in the fountain having fun and laughing. I can't believe I threw this all away.

Guilt filled me up but I tried to ignore it. What am I thinking this is all worth it I'm with the one I love this is more important than a silly friendship right? I wanted to scream right now. Katie grabbed my hand. "Baby you ok?" She asks me. "Never been better." I told her and she rested her head on my shoulder and I smiled. "I love you." She said. "I... I love you too." I said and she smiled and I rested my chin on her forehead getting glances filled with hurt from Alex as she fools around with the group.

ALEX'S POV

I was hurt. Torn. Broken. Everything that I've done meant nothing to him. I frowned as I rubbed my wrists. Sam and Michael came over. We were all still dripping wet "Alex..." Sam said as she took a glance at Chandler ho was looking at me. "You need to cheer up."Sam continued. "I'm moving on I just need time." I told them. "Then you need to stop that." Michael said. "Stop what?" I asked him. "This." Michael said as he took my wrists. "And this." Sam said as she wiped the tear
that was falling on my face. "I swear if you would just let me strangle him I wo-" I cut Sam off. "I would let you but I still love him." I told her and I covered my mouth. "What was that?" Sam asked me. "You sure you love him?" Michael asked me. "I don't know... Like?" I said and shrugged my shoulders. They smiled. "You know... Brad has a thing for you." Sam said. ( If you are wondering how Brad looks like He has brown hair green eyes light colored skin a tall person 18 yrs old) "He does?" I said I took a glance at Brad and he smiled at me and I felt my self turning red. "Forget Chandler... Maybe even forgiven him?" Sam said. "Maybe one day..." I told them as I looked at Chandler who was resting his head on Katie's head. "I need to go..." I told them and left. I waved to Brad as I left and he playfully pouted and waved back at me. I went into my room and
started at the mirror. "Don't chase something thats already caught." I said to my self as I brushed my hair and stood up and went to my bed. I suddenly heard the door open. I looked at who it was and saw Austin. "Dinner's ready." He said and I nodded and went downstairs. I sat with an empty chair beside me where Chandler used to sit. I ignored the pain and finished my food. I went upstairs again laid down on my bed and stared at the celling. Everyone I know has a relationship in this kind of world a world filled with the living dead and all I can find is more reasons not to live anymore. I felt tears stream down my face as I slowly started to close my eyes.
