When It Started

CHAPTER 41

ALEX'S POV

"So! I decided since we were able to find more survivors and also we found Dane! I decided to do a small party or. get together tonight!" I said to everyone once we were helping the others settle in. "Great idea! We can play truth or dare." Niall said while putting his things inside his bedroom next to Mori's and Cameron's. "It will be a great way to know each other more." Maia said while she opened her pack of her remaining cookies.

"So later around lets say 7?" Chandler asked them. "7 it is." Harry said. "Ok then see you later!" Michael said as he grabbed Sam and Luke's arm as Luke and Sam grabbed Calum and Ashton's arm. "Bye see you later." I said as Chandler walked out with me. Dane stayed back and even said she was thinking to move in with Zayn but Sam did not allow her due to issues but Sam did allow her to help them settle in.

"So..." I said walking with him it was just awkward silence between us. "Its just 3:27 pm do you like... wanna go outside of DZ??" He asked me and I just nodded. We headed back to leave and get a few things. We were walking out when we bumped into Norman. "Where you two going?"  He asked us.

"Going out of DZ just taking a stroll." I told him. " Taking a 'stroll' in the middle of an apocalypse??" He asked. "Yesh." I said. "Dont go to far. Make sure when can still see you from the watch tower." Norman said. We nodded and headed our way to the gate. We opened the gate and made sure we were still in sight of the tower.

We walked around the forest catching up with each other. Luckily there weren't any walkers and nothing was disturbing us.We were just talking and sometimes I would just zone out because of his blue orbs that make me feel butterflies in my stomach.

"Its getting late Chandler we should really go back." I told him. "Noooo not yet." He whined. "No no's Chandler remember the party later??" I reminded him. "Five more minutes please." He begged. "Again? This is the fifth time Chandler." I told him. He pouted and he gave me the sad puppy look that I can't refuse.

"Fuck. Chandler you know I can't stand that look." I said shielding my eyes. "Please Alexy..." He pleaded. "Chandlerrrrrr stoppp." I said "Pleaseeeee." He begged. "Fine." I said giving up. "Yes!" He shouted and hugged me. I of course blushed. I hugged him back.

After the hug we sat down on the tree for a while. After a few minutes he faced me. "Alex." He asked. "Do you... still like me?" He asked. I fell silent. "Um... Oh times up race you to back to DZ!" I told him and ran off.

I left him there confused but then I saw him run behind me. I got back to DZ first and I was panting. "What. The. Fuck. You. Ran. With. Out. War.Ning. Me." He said as he caught up with me. I just gave a small laugh.

Sam and Dane saw me. "Alex! Where have you been?" Dane asked. "And why are you red." She continued. "I. Ran.All. The.Way.Back.Here." I told her. "Well. The. Party. Is. Going. To. Start. Soon." Sam mimicked my panting. "I. Know." I said while taking one last deep breath. "Ok Im good." I said. "Lets go?" I asked them and grabbed Chandler's hand and rushed to the house with Dane and Sam following behind.I grabbed some food and placed it on a tray and rushed upstairs to my bedroom.

We saw the others sitting inside my bedroom already Michael and Luke playing guitar the others just sitting or laying down on each other like a normal hang out and I can't help but have a huge smile on my face. "Hi guys sorry I took to long." I apologized. "I got snacks." I said raising trhe tray. Maia's eyes went big when she saw the cookies but Harry rushed over and took it before Maia could smirking.

"Harry! You know I want those cookies!" Maia said and she pouted. "You have to trade me something first." He said. "What do you want?" Maia said in an annoyed tone. "Hmmm... A kiss?" Harry said. "What?! A kiss for a cookie?!" Maia said shaking her head.

"Ok then." Harry said while slowly putting the cookie in his mouth. "No!" Maia screamed as he tackled Harry down and swiped the cookie from his hand. "Ouch! Ey you didn't kiss me." Harry said. Maia poked her tongue out. "Your not a cookie so..." She giggled and ate the cookie and helped Harry up after.

"So lets play spin the bottle or truth or dare first?" Sam asked them. "I say spin the bottle." Michael said. "And kisses have to be on the lips. No backing out no babies here." He continued. "Im in." Calum said. "Same here." Luke and Ashton said at the same time. "In." Shawn and Pia said (A/N THE ROOM IS JUST SO BIG HAHAHA)

Eventually majority was on board with the plan so we started. Calum went first. "Ashton." Luke said. "What?" Ashton asked. "It landed on you pea brain." Michael said. "Oh ok lets kiss then." Ashton said. "With tongue ok?" Luke joked. Ashton rolled his eyes and smiled. And then Cashton kissed.

"My turn!" Ashton said and he spun the bottle and it landed on Chesca. Ashton turned red and so did Chesca. "get it over with tomatoes" Andie said. And they kissed. After a while it was Zayn's turn. The bottle landed on Dane and Zayn kissed Dane instantly leaving her dazed. "Dane your turn." Sam told her. "Oh ok." She said. She spun the bottle and it landed on. "Luke." Dane said and she frowned a bit.

"Kiss!Kiss!Kiss!Kiss!" Michael chanted and Sam nudged his side so he could shut up. Dane kissed Luke and Luke of course kissed back but the kiss lasted a little long. "Um... Guys?" Chandler said. Dane pulled away and Luke frowned. Zayn sat there acting like nothing happened.

"Luke your turn." I told him. I looked at Dane she was just facing down touching her lips. "Ok." Luke Answered and spun the bottle landing on Michael. "MUKE." Sam squeaked. "What?" Me Luke and Michael said at the same time. "Oh. Nothing just kiss please."She said acting like a little fan girl.

Luke went to Michael and kissed him quick rushing back with red cheeks. "Michael your turn." Pia said.
"Spinning..." He said he spun the bottle and it landed on Luke again. "Meant to be!" Sam screamed and grabbed Michaels arm and screamed behind his back. (A/N: She Basically used his back as a pillow)

This time Michael went to Luke and kissed him and bit his lip. "Ey you bit my lip." Luke whined after the kiss. "I know babe." Michael said and winked at him. Sam falls on the floor. "Too. Much. Feels." She panted. "If your having feels so much than its your turn." Michael said as he pulled her up.

Sam sighed and spun the bottle which landed on Michael. "Well. Well. Well."  Me,Luke and Dane said at the same time. "Come on kiss." Luke said. "Um... B-" Michael cuts Sam of by kissing her lips and Sam turns red as a tomato. Michael pulled away and had a devilish grin on his face. "How was that babe?" He asked. "Id give it a 7/10. And don't call me babe I don't like it just call me Sam." Sam joked. "Yes Sam." Michael said with a smile.
