CHAPTER 39

CHANDLER'S POV

We were walking around the forest for about an hour looking for Dane after we finished our run. "Any sign of her??" Pia shouted. "None!" I heard Psalm shout. "Same here!" Alex
screamed. I ended up with her because Brad told her that he was sick today. Or at least thats what she told me.

"Over here." Alex said as she led me to an area with an old house. This Place...
"No it can't be." I whispered. "This is where..." Alex said. "Katie died." I said almost emotionless. She laughed. "Yeah this is where she... Died." She said I immediately glared at her a cold hard dagger glare.

Her face turned into a mixture of confusion and fear. "What?" She asked. "Why did you have to laugh?" I asked her angrily. "Chandler... God no not like that Chandler it was a sad laugh." She said almost losing a bit of her temper.

"No. It wasn't I heard the way you laughed... Even if it was a sad laugh why did you laugh?" I asked her. "I laughed cause..." She paused. "Cause?" I asked her as I glared at her again. "Cause... No thats none of your business Chandler." She said as she walked pass me.

"No Alex it is my business I need to know why on earth you were laughing at my girlfriend." I told her angrily. "Ex-girlfriend Chandler she's already dead." She told me. Suddenly she took out her gun and pointed it at me. "Go on shoot me!" I screamed She pulled the trigger of her gun and I waited for an impact.

I opened my eyes and saw Alex keeping her gun. I turned around and saw the body of... "Katie." I whispered. "Chandler look... I'm sor-" I cut her off.
"You killed her!" I screamed at her. "Chandler you could have died!" She screamed. "Oh for fuck sakes your the reason why she died too!" I screamed at her. "Really How? If I saved her I would be dead right now!" She screamed at me.

"Well maybe you should be!" I said. She started to walk away when I immediately pinned her on the ground.
"What the fuck Chandler!" She screamed as she struggles to get out of my grip.

"You should have died! You're the one who should be in her place! If it wasn't for you I would still be with her! She was my world... You you were nothing compared to her ever since she came its like I lost you!" I say as tears started to fill her eyes from the hurt coming out of my mouth.

"Go on..." She said calmly with tears streaming down her face. "I stared at her losing a little bit of my glare realizing what I said. "Go on!" She screamed. I stayed silent just staring at her face filled with tears.

"Go on Chandler... Or if your done then maybe... maybe you should just kill me." She told me. "Like you said I should have been the one who died. Go on kill me and see if that will bring Katie back to life.I'm done with this world anyways I'm done with my life! I'm want to end everything already I just did not have the guts to do it."

"I did not have the guts to do it because of Uncle N, Katelyn, Austin, Sam Dane, a-" I cut her off. The glare on my face faded slightly. "What about Brad?" I asked her. She made a sad smirk and frowned. "That...He's another reason why I want to give everything up now."

"What do you mean?" I asked her. "He... no." She said emotionless. "No no's Alex what is it? I thought he was sick. Was he bitten?" I asked her. "Ha. No I wished." She said and made a small smirk. "Then what is it?" I asked her.

"He cheated on me with Brittany." She said as her smirk formed into a frown. "I saw him come out of her house. His hair was a total mess he had hickeys on his neck and he was fixing his pants. When he got out I saw Brittany kiss him lustfully." She told me.

"Thats when I wanted to give up. But I still had to find Dane...so I came with you guys. And now I just want to die since you were getting there anyways. Why did you even have pity on me! I was already going to lose my misery! I don't want anyone who hates me to have pity on me especially you!" She screamed.

"No... A-" I cut myself off when I saw scars on her wrist. "Alex... What are these?" I asked. "What are what?" She asked. "These!" I say shaking her wrist.
"Isn't it obvious Chandler? Cuts!" She screamed.

"I know what they are Alex! Why are you doing this to your self?!" I screamed at her. "Because..." She pauses. "Because what?!" I screamed in a mix of anger and worry.

"Because Chandler I'm sick of it." She stops and looks at me. "I'm sick of everything I have been doing ever since I met you!" She screamed. She could not sit up cause I was still pinning her down well now hovering over her.

"Why?" I asked her being slight hurt. "Because Chandler. I liked you." She said with tears up on her eyes. "When I liked you I saw you kissing another girl which ended up to be your ex when you told me at the tower when we met Katie." She said.

"I thought I had a shot with you. That is until... You fell for Katie." She paused and took a deep breath. "The day you asked her to be yours the day we were supposed to hang out because you have been spending the whole month with her. The day that you promised! Thats when I started this Chandler." She said looking at her wrists.

"And ever since you two got together I got cold I felt like I lost. Everything is over you finally see me as nothing but a friend." She said. "When Katie died. We were getting along already. That is until you put all the blame on me even if I... Saved you that time." She said.

she was the one who dragged me to the car. "I thought we were ok again thats when you start to be the one being cold. Even if I was with Brad I still liked you I never stopped liking you." She said and I remembered what Austin said. "Is that why..." I asked.

"I can't kick you out? Yes." She said and I started to feel guilty. "Alex I'm so sorry." I told her as I stood up but she still laid on the groun. "Its fine I acted like an asshole too." She said. "So are we ok ?" I let my hand out for her to shake.

She grabbed my hand and pulled me on the ground laying beside her on the ground. "Very ok." She said. We just laid there for a few minutes in silence.
Until we heard rustling through the bushes. "We found her!" Pia and Shawn said in union.

SO! IM PLANING TO MAKE A NEW BOOK AFTER THIS AND ALSO A SEQUEL! I STILL DONT KNOW WHAT CHAPTER WILL I END THIS BOOK IN BUT WE'LL SEE.
