"Oh... No... I love the sport... But I'm always told I'm way to fragile to play..." I stated, walking into the Slytherin common room with Draco.

"You can't play Quidditch? You're joking." Draco replied. I shook my head.

"Dads afraid I'll break a bone. And if I break a bone, I want to break more, and then I'll turn into a rebel and turn to... He-who-shall-not-be-named..." I stated, sitting on the couch, placing my elbows on my legs and my head on my hands. Draco sat next to me and scooted close. Dad would say it's to close for his comfort. "I just want to live my own life... You know?" I asked. Draco nodded.

"What's wrong with rebels?" Draco asked. I thought a moment. He had a point.

"I don't think there's anything wrong with rebels... In fact... Now don't tell anyone I said this... But... I'm kinda drawn toward Rebels... Oh god... Dad would kill me if he knew I said that." I stated. Draco scooted a little closer. To close for comfort for my mom.

"Don't worry... Your secret is safe with me" Draco replied. I looked at him and smiled. He smiled back.

"So... What's it like here? Any fun?" I asked standing up and then walking over to a large window and looking out at the now darkened view of Hogwarts.

"Only if you know what people to have fun with." Draco stated. I turned back to him.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Oh... Uh like the Quidditch players, they are always fun to hangout with" Draco explained. I nodded.

"You hangout with the Quidditch players?" I asked. He nodded. I smiled. I've always wanted to play Quidditch. "Draco?" I asked. He turned to me. "Um... Well... If you ever have the time... Would you introduce me to them?" I asked. He smiled.

"Of course, Corrine." He stated simply, then turned back to the common room door. My heart fluttered. I was going to meet the Quidditch team. Someday. But still... I was going to. Now on to the business of Hermione Granger.

"Er... Draco?" I asked again.

"Er... Corrine?" He mocked. I smiled. He's funny too I thought.

"Uh... I was talking to Professor Snape earlier... He said something about a... Hermione Granger... Do you know anything about-"

"She's a Gryffindor, a filthy Mudblood, I'd stay away from her if I were you." Draco stated.

"Oh... Okay..." I finished. I was still going to have her be my study buddy. I'm sure she's not as bad as he claims.
"Why?" I asked.

"Because she's friends with Harry Potter, and us Slytherin's hate Harry Potter." Draco explained.

"Hate is a strong word, Draco" I stated, seriously.

"And Gryffindors are Slytherin's rivals." Draco finished. I sat there.

"Oh... Alright... I gotta... Do... Yeah..." I trailed off, and started up to the girls Slytherin dorm room. Someone grabbed my wrist.

"You won't go near her right?" Draco asked.

"No promises, Draco... I'm pretty sure you and I will have her in the same classes" I stated. Draco scowled.

"Damn. Well, don't go near her on purpose, okay?"

I nodded. Then walked up to the dorm room. My bed was under the window. I looked out the window, hoping I'd make more friends, and not just Draco.
