Draco's P.O.V.

I set Corrine down once I got off my broom. I then sent it to return to the broom closet, as if I never even used it. She was definitely not going to be awake for a while after a hit like that. All I could do was sit there with Corrine, unconscious as I hugged her, not wanting to let her go. I couldn't believe the lies that had been spilling out of my mouth. I hadn't told anyone to do anything, and certainly didn't drink a potion at any point in time unless I was unaware of it. Whatever was in the Donut was starting to wear off, I could tell because all I could say for the 30 seconds that I had Corrine to myself was "I love you" over and over again. And that was no lie. I really did love Corrine. Deeply. Deeper then she will ever know now. And she'll probably never take me back thanks to whatever was in that sweet treat. I'll probably always hate Donuts for as long as I live now. When Ben and Linda came, they took Corrine away from me and rushed her to the hospital wing. And they wouldn't let me see her. And that was pure torture. After 20 minutes of yelling at the door that was clearly not going to open, no matter how much I screamed, I gave up and made my way back to the common room. But as I approached the hall way leading to the common room, I found Pansy sputtering things like "I can't stand you" and "you're the most annoying Slytherin I've ever met in my entire life!" Then quickly covering her mouth and widening her eyes, as if she had no control over her mouth. I used this convenience to my advantage.

"Pansy." I growled.

"Drakie! I want to be more then friends!" Pansy blurted out, then covered her mouth, and blushed.

"Pansy, what exactly was in that Donut?" I asked.

"I put a lying potion in it to break you and Corrine up." Pansy replied, then covered her mouth and gulped. I smirked. Checkmate. I grabbed her arm and dragged Pansy to the hospital wing, through the kicking and screaming. Ben and Linda were walking out of the hospital wing just then. They both glared at me and I froze them in place so they'd have to listen to Pansy.

"What was in that Donut, Pansy?" I asked again. Pansy yelled but couldn't resist blurting it out.

"I put a lying potion in your Donut, then ate the one that was supposed to be yours" Pansy replied. I threw Pansy backwards, then unfroze Ben and Linda, and walked away without another word. They'd tell Corrine about the latest out break, first chance they get. I'm sure of it.
