Blissful

Soon my cousins, aunt, and uncle had to bid us goodbye, but not without the usual promises of the best summer of our lives over at the Millers house. I personally couldn't wait. It was the one time of year where Ben and I actually got to bond and play Quidditch together, without Mom or Dad getting a say in it. It's also the only house for miles with a huge, enchanted garden right in the back yard. I was always jealous of Bens giant garden, mostly because it wasn't just a garden. Yes there was a garden, but that was all a muggle eye could see. A witch or wizard could see far beyond the flowers, that lay in front of the hedge. If you jump through it, there was a whole meadow filled with dandelions in the summer. Beyond that was the enchanted willow stream, which me and Ben, on many occasions, would take one of the giant enchanted Lilly pads and paddle our way through the still endless (as far as we can tell) to this day, enchanted willow stream, all the way to our farthest point yet, which we called water pixie way (mostly because that's where we found water pixies). This year, we are supposed to be able to camp out there and attempt to finish the stream. I can't wait. I shook the memories out of my minds eye and smiled to my self. 5 months, 6 days, 11 hours, 9 minutes, 31 seconds. That's all I had to wait. I looked to my friends and continued smiling.

"What?" Asked Ron. I smiled even bigger.

"5 months, 6 days, 11 hours, 8 minutes, 45 seconds" I replied. Ron looked at me like I had grown a second head.

"What in Merlins beard is that supposed to mean?" Ron asked.

"Wait, 5 months, 6 days, 11 hours, 7 minutes, and 39 seconds, to find out" I giggled. Ron shook his head.

"Hermione, I think she's gone mental" Ron whispered.

"I heard that, I'm not deaf you know" I announced.

"I think you've gone mental, Ron, she's clearly counting down the days till summer break" Hermione explained. I nodded. The exact moment I get off that train in 5 months, 6 days, 11 hours,  6 minutes, and 23 seconds, I'd be with Ben and walking through the wall that separates platform 9 and 3/4 from the rest of the muggle world, happily dragging my trunk behind me as we both greet Aunt Alyssa and Uncle Dan, who take us to the Miller household, and Ben and I will finally complete the enchanted willow stream, make a map, and then claim the land as our own. It's been our dream since we both found out I could see beyond the hedge, but wasn't established as a witch yet. We were both 10 when that dream started and since then, we've been striving to complete it. Just 5 more months, 6 more days, 11 more hours, 5 more minutes, and 17 more seconds. I shook my head. God I need to stop day dreaming. I looked to Draco and dragged his arm outside. Then I climbed to the roof and sat hugging my legs to my chest, and biting my lip, out of excitement. Draco came and sat next to me. I watched as the sun set over the trees in the distance. That's gonna be so pretty to watch from the Millers house. I leaned my hand on Draco's shoulder and sighed dreamily. God. I love my life. For now. For now. I looked to Draco, eyes wide, and full of excitement. I then tackled him into a hug and kissed the living hell out of him. I was way to happy to keep it to myself. Of course he enjoyed every second of it, and even played back, pinning me to the roof and growling like a dog, then playfully nipping and kissing anything he could in my facial region, and partial neck region. I enjoyed it almost as much as he did. Soon though I was to tired to fight back and eventually my body gave out and just made me lay there, laughing. When Draco finally stopped, he pushed himself off me and laid down next me. I looked to his laughing eyes and smiled. I snuggled close to Draco, and breathed deeply. This felling was one I never felt with Cris. No this was something different. This was effortless. This was patient. This was an equal effort. And best of all, I was feeling... Whatever it was. I pushed my body on to my elbows and starred into at Draco. Every time I saw him, I felt the same fuzzy, warm, and soft sensation. I thought a moment. Bloody hell. I'm in love. Like real love. I scooted up a bit and placed my head on Draco's shoulder. He looked at me, smiling in full, and stroked from behind my ear, to all the way down my jaw line and to my chin. I felt tingly in that specific area, until he stopped and looked at me again.

"Care to learn how you're supposed to do it?" Draco asked. I nodded and sat up. Draco sat up, and placed his hand in my cheek. "You have to start with a little teaser," He started, and then kissed and along my jawline. I was just starting to get used to it, when he stopped. "Then you gradually move closer," he continued, and moved from my jaw to my cheek. He pulled back and met my gaze. "Finally, you lift the chin, or lower the chin, depending on the position, and then you kiss the lips" Draco finished, and slowly and softly, kissed my lips. It was the sweetest feeling in the world. Draco pulled back and I fluttered my eyes open. Then I put the most childish grin on my face. I was definitely in that thing people call love.

"Ok... I think I got it..." I announced. I placed my head in the crook of his neck and whispered "first is a little teaser" and then I made a trail of kisses up his neck, and stopped at his cheek. "Gradually moving closer" I whispered, and then kissed his cheek. "And finally," I whispered, guiding his chin downwards a little bit, "the lips" I finished, and kissed his lips. I felt them twist into a smirk, which made me melt. Draco was smirking at my kiss. Me! My kiss! That was the cutest thing ever. I pulled back and rested my head in the crook of his neck again. "Did I did it right?" I asked. Draco smiled.

"Right? That was perfect! I just taught an angel to kiss! God that was blissful. Why didn't you tell me you were a good kisser?" Draco asked. I shrugged.

"I didn't know I was, in all honesty." I answered. Draco laughed.

"I know fellas who only wish their lady's kissed like you do! Damn, I'm the luckiest boy who ever walked the planet." Draco announced. I sighed and closed my eyes.

"That makes me the luckiest girl that ever walked the planet" I yawned. Soon I drifted to sleep, but I could have sworn I herd Draco say something.
