Sarah-

Sarah led the girls across the street to go wash up before dinner. On the way back from Greenville, the only two girls on the bus were knocked out.

They'd yawned sleepily and slugged across the street.

On the bike ride, they'd gotten lost trying to take a detour. A couple of the kids fell behind with a Professor. Spencer told Sarah to slow down, and they stopped near the beginning of the trail, waiting for the rest of the crew to catch up. When they finally did come through ten minutes later, their faces were beet red from the heat.

Some didn't stop when they saw us in fear of "their legs not working anymore" when they tried starting again.

Spencer was resourceful enough to use blackberry bushes as a snack.

Sarah thanked him for that when they'd gotten back to the dorms. She strangely felt worried about him on the bus ride back, but shook it off. She needed to stay level-headed. Those girls were getting ideas into Sarah's head and she didn't like that.

"Oh good. You made it back." Sarah had said when Spencer walked through the door.

"Are you calling me a bad driver?" He held his arms out. Sarah couldn't tell if he was shrugging or waiting for a hug.

"Yes...?" Sarah walked away, unsure with her response. She then wrangled up the rest of the girls and headed across the street to their dorm.

Some girls headed straight to the showers. Others plopped on their beds in their dorm rooms.

Sarah really wanted to shower too, but decided to wait for the campers to finish. She sat in her dorm room and waited.

And waited. And. Well, more waiting.

An hour had passed, and she was still waiting. There had only been five girls.

Sarah peeked around the corner. Only one of them was occupied. She frowned to herself for wasting an hour then hopped in the shower.
