Chapter 43

Abby- Bo and I started to feel home sick and this rarely ever happens. So me and Bo went back home in Nashville. Dad and mom didn't want us too with Thanksgiving but what's the point in staying for it, it's not the same. We don't get to have our own Thanksgiving dinner we always wound up going out to a restaurant. I told them that as soon as I get home ill take my truck and go to the store to buy us groceries and they don't have to worry. I told them we'd be back out on the road with them after a few weeks. I only got to leave a note for BK I didn't get to talk to him face to face about any of this.

BK- I didn't understand what Abby's note had to say at all and when I tried calling her it said that her phone wasn't on. I hope everything's ok and I haven't seen her around today. I went to ask Luke and the only thing he told me was that she went back home with Bo.

Abby- when me and Bo had walked in the door of our house it was quiet.
"Sissy we forgot to stop at Travis house to get Buster! (Travis is there cousin and Buster is there dog lol)

We'll go right now!"
We went to Travis's house and with it being midnight he probably wasn't home or he was sleeping. We knocked on the door, rang the doorbell, and through stones at his windows. No answer to anything except for Buster barking. We went around back and found the spare key to his house. When we opened up the door Buster came running toward us and jumped all over us he was so happy! (Busters a Labrador retriever) As we were laying there playing with Buster, with no lights or anything on just the door hanging wide open we heard a gun cock back!
"What are you doin in my house?

Travis it's Abby and Bo!"
He then turned on the lights seeing that Bo was clinging to my leg he was so scared.

"Oh so your finally home?! Man I guess you can have Buster I loved having him over!

Thanks for watching him for us but me and Bo are only back for a few more weeks then were heading back out on the road.

Ill take him back when you leave again don't worry!

With that we took Buster and headed to a store that'd be open all night and would have some dog food and other things. I told Bo to sit in the back of the truck with Buster while I ran in the store for a few things.

Bo- I sat in the bed of the truck with Buster waiting on sissy to come back out when I had saw a familiar face get out of a black truck. It was Chase.
"Hey Chase!

Well hey Bo what're you doin here?

Me and Abby came back home for a little bit and I'm just sittin here waiting on her to come out of the store!

Oh well it was nice seein ya little dude!

He can be a nice guy but if Abby didn't stay with him then he might not be. I just wanna look out for my sissy as much as she looks out for me. She then came back out, putting the groceries in the truck.
"Alright get back in Bo!

Guess who I talked to sissy?

He then walked out the store.

Abby- as soon as I heard Bo say that he talked to Chase I wanted to get outta there before he came out of the store but it was too late he was walking toward me now.
"Look Chase I don't want no trouble.

And I'm not gonna give you any, but I did want to tell you that I've been getting help to stop my addictions and I'm getting better so ill be a new man!

Well good for you now if you'll excuse us it's late and we gotta get home so ill talk to you later.

I smiled and then got in my truck to go get gas and then head home.
