In Case of an Emergency, Dial 411

Alex POV

"What happen?" Blade said

"I need to go to San Diego" I said.

"Why?" Blade asked.

I left the room. "I need to get there"

"I'll tell Tony" I heard her say. "Wait" She was out the door. I ran down the stairs and then walked to the car.

"I'll drive?" Tony said.

"Can you drive fast?" I asked.

"Yeah" I nodded and Tony, Blade and I went to San Diego.

"What happened?" they asked.

"It's my brother... he's in the hospital." Blade hugged me.

"Why?" I wiped my tear and I choked "It's ok to cry you know" she hugged me tighter. I started crying on her and I hugged her so tight like my life depended on it. I fell asleep crying and the next thing I know we're at the hospital.

"Family only" the nurse said

"Yeah I'm his sister" I said quickly. 

"He's in that room" the nurse pointed to a room that was down the hall.

"What happen?" I asked Mama Perry.

"Brendon had a bad asthma attack." She even was in shocked about this.

"Is he going to be ok?" I hugged her.

"I don't know, the doctor is in there with him." Mama explained.

"It's my fault; I should have just stayed here with him." 

"No its not" She pulled me closer

"For Brendon" I finished my sentence.

"Only 2 at a time" the nurse said.

"Can I go please?" They nodded.

"Tony you should go" Mama said and Tony followed me in.

"He's sleeping" the doctor said.

"This is my fault" I said blaming myself.

"No don't blame yourself" Tony again was comforting me.

"It is, he is in here because I left him for a while. I should of just stayed" I said softly.

"Brendon is going to fine" He hugged me.

"I really miss him." i got closer to Brendon.

"Me too" I kissed his forehead.

The doctor came in and told us, "We're going to run some test to tell us when he can go home, so I have to ask you to leave."

"Ok, I love you so much and everything is going to be okay" I said softly to him and kissed his cheek. Tony and I left the room and walked.

Tony POV

"What happen?" My mom asked

"They are running some test to make sure if he can leave tomorrow" I explained.

"I'm going to get a coffee. Do you guys want any coffee?" Alex asked. i know she really feels like shit right now because she didn't say 'cawfee'.

"Do you want me to come with you?" I asked

"No, do you want some coffee?" She didn't even look at me.

"No" I should just give Alex some space.

"Ok, I'll be right back." Alex said softly.

"Are you sure you don't want me to come with you?" I asked her once more. She was gone.

"She's doing it again" I said to myself and went back to my seat.

"What is she doing?" Blade asked. I didn't know I said it that loud.

"Hiding her feelings," I quietly said.

"How do you know?" Blade asked

"She walks or drives for a long time when she hides her feelings." I explained to Blade. It was silent for a while, so I walked outside to get some fresh air and I heard something.

"Alex" she looked up at me.

"Tony what are you doing here?"

"I should ask you the same thing"

"I need some fresh air and a cigarette" she said handing me one.

"Are you okay?" I sat down next to her

"I'm fine" It was quiet for a long time. "I'm scared"

"Why?"

"I don't want to lose him and I know I might be melodramatic. I can't lose him now, he is my world." She said trying not to cry.

"It's going to be okay" I said facing her "It's okay to cry"

"What if something bad happens to him?"

"Look, I know that you've lost a lot but look at the bright side-"

"What bright side?" she said interrupting me

"He still has a chance of living."

"What if he doesn't?"

"Do you what him to wake up?"

"Yes, but-"

"No buts, he'll wake up when you stop with the 'if' and 'buts'" I said looking at her.

"You're right; I should just stop stressing about everything and relax." She took some big breathes. "Thanks Tony, I don't know what I'll do without you."

"I love you" I whispered

"I love you too" she whispered back and kissed my cheek.

"What was that for?" I asked

"For making me feel better" she smiled.

"That's what she said" I laughed.

"Ha-ha" she laughed sarcastically

"You are a she or have you been lying to me?" I said jokily

"I have lied to you and I have a dick bigger than yours."

"You would know"

"So would you"

"One day we'll compare dicks and straps don't count" She started laughing, "Do you want to go back in?" I asked her

"Yeah" We walked back in.

"Have you heard from the doctor?" Alex asked

"No" Mama Perry replied "you should get some rest."

"I want to be awake when we get some news." Alex replied

"You look a little pale, are you feeling okay?"

"I'll be fine."

"Ok" Mom and Alex fell asleep on by each other. Blade fell asleep on my shoulder and I fell asleep.
