If You Were Me You'll Do The Same

Alex POV

I went to Blade's house to give her food since she was sad earlier when I came over. I knocked on the door and no answer so I knocked again still no answer. I turned the knob and the door was open. I walked in and yelled "Blade... Blade... I bought you food." Maybe that would get her to say something. "Blade this isn't funny" I yelled walking into the kitchen. 

"Say something or I'm giving up on you" I sang waiting for her to say something. I started to get worried. God damn it Blade where are you? I grabbed a pocket knife that she had in the kitchen and put it in my pocket before I searched for here. I went to her bedroom and I separated the curtains to check if she's in the bathroom. 

"There you-"I stopped when I saw her. "Blade," I checked if she was still alive. "Blade, please wake up" I said crying. Blade was on the floor with a bottle of pills and alcohol next to her. What do I do? I dialed 911 and the ambulance was on their way. Please Blade, don't die on me.

I saw a note on her hand and put the letter in my pocket. The ambulance came and took Blade and I was on the truck with them. "Is she going to be okay?" I asked.

"Let's hope so" he says. "What happened?"

"Drug overdose and alcohol" I said whipping my tears. We got to the hospital and they took her away. They told me that they're going to run some test. God Blade, I want you back. I called someone, I don't care who it was. "Hi Alex, I'm sorry but can you call back because I'm tired" Mike says.

"I know, I'll make this... Blade is... dead, but I'm taking her to the hospital" I said choking on my tears.

"What?" He says. I could hear movement and talking. "How?"

"She killed herself by overdosing" I said.

"Does Tony know?"

"Just me and you" I said. "Can you tell them because I can't" I said softly.

"Ok but call us when you get some news" he says and he hangs up. I put my knees close to my chest and put my head down to cry.

Tony POV

"I have some bad news" Mike says followed by Jaime.

"What happened?" Vic asks looking worried.

"Alex just told me that Blade killed herself" Mike says and the whole world went spinning.

"What" I said. My heart felt like it was just shattered into a million pieces.

"We don't know if she's died because she's in the hospital" he continued.

"What hospital?" Why couldn't I be there for her?

"She didn't say" Mike says. I walked away and went inside the bus. I lay on my bed and thought about everything. I checked my phone and it had a voicemail by her, I hesitated to open it.

"I love you... bye" I heard her sweet broken voice. Fuck Blade, why did you leave? After everything, why did it have to end like this? After everything, I still love you even if I can't admit it to myself. I said I didn't love you but that was a lie, I still love you. I push the steel wall and my knuckles started to bleed. Why, why, why? I kept asking myself.

Alex POV

I walked back and forth in the same place for the past hour waiting for them to tell me something. The same doctor that assisted my brother, my mom, and dad walks up to me. "I'm sorry again Alex, Blade past away" he says. I started to cry even more.
