Stressed Out

Alex POV

When I woke up, I didn't see Vic in the bed. I went to the bathroom to wash my face and noticed a gray hair. Why do I have a gray hair? I'm not that old. I know its bad to pull them out but I'm going to do it. I pulled the gray hair out. My eyes are red maybe it's from the lack of sleep.

I quickly went to the toilet and started to puke. I feel horrible right now. When I was down puking I wiped my mouth off and brushed my teeth. Why did I puke? What is even happening? I took a quick shower and got dressed. When I went downstairs everyone was still sleeping. Am I the only one awake? Probably not, Vic might be out to get blood. Me and my morning questions.

I grabbed an apple and went upstairs. I felt someone touch me and I elbowed them. I hear a groan and I turned around. "I'm sorry" I whispered to Vic.

"Its okay" he said rubbing his stomach.

"I'm really sorry. I'm just really paranoid right now." I took a bite of my apple.

"Just chillax and everything is going to be ok" Vic says hugging me.

"How do you know?" I asked.

"I know that we aren't going to stop working hard until we figure out what the problem is with the people."

"Does that mean that everything is going to be ok?"

"Have some hope." He smiles and kisses my forehead.

"Oh god" I ran to the bathroom and dropped my apple. I started to puke again. Vic held my hair back as I puked. Why am I puking? Did I eat something bad last night? It's probably my stress and it's messing with my body. I went to the sink and washed my mouth.

"Are you okay?" He says concerned.

"I don't know" I said looking at myself in the mirror.

"We should take you to the hospital."

"No, what if it's a mermaid thing?" I took my necklace and ran the bath water. I got undressed. I got in the water and my tail appeared. I checked for anything that was on my tail. "What's wrong me if I have nothing on my tail" I said getting a little upset. I transformed back to human. "I'm just sick that's it."

"That's probably it" Vic said.

Damon POV

"Why are you mad?" I asked Maria.

"Last night you bailed on me" she yelled. We aren't even dating for her to be yelling at me. I went to go get a drink of vodka.

"I bailed on you, you probably had another person." I sipped some vodka.

"It's just that... that," Maria said quietly beginning to cry. Why is she crying?

"We only get drunk and have sex nothing special" I said, that only made her cry more.

"It meant something to me" she said crying. I started to comfort her but she pushed me away.

"I think we shouldn't get drunk or have sex anymore" I said. "You're just going to get hurt and I'm going to be the dick telling you that this shouldn't mean anything special to us."

"I want to have sex with you" she said grabbing my shirt.

"We should end this and go our separate ways." I gently pushed her away.

"Damon please don't do this" she said crying again.

"Why are you making this look like I'm breaking up with you? You have other people to satisfy too" I said whipping her tears.
