Pierce the House

Vic POV

*a week later*

We got up early to move in our new house and our friends help us move in. Last year we saved up money so the four of us can live under the same roof.

"Pierce the House" Jaime said trying to name the house.

"Guess what!!!" Shortie came running through towards us. She was one of the people that helped us move in.

"What?" Mike asked.

"It's almost Halloween and I'm going to get a job!!!"

"What job?" I asked.

"You know how people say that you need to go to college to have a decent job, well they are wrong. Connor Franta, he is a successful photographer, he saw my work and the company he works for wants to interview me." She said sounding excited.

"That's amazing" I was happy for her.

"I know, my dreams might come true." she said

"You're only what 18 ,19" Gigi said.

"I know and they know. There's no such thing as too young." She said still smiling.

"When is it?" Tony asked.

"Next month and in NYC" she said.

"So you're getting a job in NYC?" Mike asked.

"No, it's an interview with the head of the company. I googled them and he has 4 different companies and the main one is in NYC."

"Is there one here?" I asked because I don't want her to leave m- us, yeah.

"Yeah are you guys still happy for me?" she asked.

"Of course" Jaime said hugging her and then we joined in.

"Ok, you guys can stop hugging me?" she said.

"No, not just yet" Alex said.

"I'm serious" she was serious because she got dizzy.  Shortie tried grabbing on to me, but lost her balance. While I was on top of her, that sounds weird, I saw some burn marks on her skin. I was staring at them wondering how she got them or if she. Shortie couldn't she seem like a happy person, but you can hide behind smiles, I should know. "Are you ok?" I said.

"I would be when you get up." She said.

"Oh right" I got off quickly; I just hope I didn't break her. "Sorry."

"No harm." Shortie said with a grin.

Tony POV

"Ok you guys can stop hugging me now." Shortie said.

"No, not just yet," Alex said hugging her even more.

"I'm serious" she fell and Vic was on top of her. I hope he doesn't get a boner. I noticed he was staring at something but I didn't know what.

"Are you ok?" Vic said looking at her. I can tell Gigi is a bit jealous of Shortie right now.

"I'll be fine when you get off me." She said.

"Oh right" he quickly got up and helped Shortie up. "Sorry," he said.

"No harm" Shorty said with a grin.

"Hey Tony can I talk to you?" Vic said looking worried. I didn't get a chance to answer; he dragged me to the backyard. "Did Alex ever self-harm?" he said whispering.

"Why?" I was curious where this was going.

"I think I saw some burn marks and scratches on her. I was just wondering," Vic said looking worried.
