When Luke has bad days, he needs Michael. Even though me and Luke are in a relationship, I can understand why he would need him. Michaels always been there for Luke, after they stopped hating each other.
I thought their friendship was the most adorable thing in the world.
Right now, Luke was laying on Michael's lap, with his legs laying on mine. Michaels hand was pushed up Luke's shirt, and rubbed his stomach. Luke always wants his stomach rubbed when he's sleepy. Liz said it's something he's always done, but never grew out of it.
"Luke? Have you taken your allergy medicine today?" I asked, and he shook his head. I looked up at Michael, and he nodded. He pulled Luke up onto his lap, and carried him to the kitchen.
Michael sat Luke down on the counter. I left the kitchen to go to the bathroom, and when I came back, I heard Michael and Luke talking.
"Luke? Just wondering, whenever you have a bad day, why do you need me? I don't mind, but I thought that you would get alex to do all of this." He said, and handed Luke his pills.
"Well. I want somebody to hold me, and take care of me, you know? And that's not very manly, and I don't want alex to think I'm some princess or whatever." He said, and I frowned a little.
"But Luke, you're the biggest princess there is." Michael said, and Luke laughed.
"Yeah, but she doesn't have to know that." He said shyly.
"Luke. You and alex are gonna be together forever. Eventually she's gonna learn that you throw the sassiest tantrums ever, and sometimes you need to be the little spoon. She'll love you just the same." He said, and ruffled Luke's hair.
"This is why you're my best friend. I love you." Luke said, and him and Michael hugged.
"I love you too, bro."
